It’s clean, staff were friendly and is in a great location

They had some renovation going on, because of which lift to floor 1 was not working

In washroom drainage problem Housekeeping very poor

property is going for renovation . but we were informed well in advance . despite make shift restaurent , stay and food good . staff in reception, restaurent , room service all exceptionally accomodation g and helpful with a smile on face . special mention to mr mondal in restaurent .

Restaurant manager sanjey is very good and helping

everything from the staff to the room, everything is perfect

The staff at the restaurant were extremely helpful they went out of their way to make sure guests were well cared for and the experience excellent. The chef was personally making sure each guest was satisfied with their meal. The restaurant manager Mr Sujit was one of the best I have seen at any of the Taj properties, he clearly enjoyed what he did and motivated the staff to follow their leader. The head chef made an experience of the local cuisine and shared recipes of my favourite on the menu.

The hotel is a little old but not shabby in any way.

Raju at the front office was excellent- helping me with all my requirements.
