Freundlich und man fühlt sich willkommen. Lage ist super, alles leicht zu erreichen. Und wenn es mal weiter weg soll, dann gibt es überall Roller oder Fahrräder.
Parksituation ist nicht optimal. Tiergarage viel zu weit weg vom Hotel und dafür wahnsinnig teuer. Die Stellplätze sind zusätzlich sehr eng. Die Stellplätze an der Straße waren alle belegt und diese kosten fast soviel wie die Garage. Aber selbst schuld, wenn man ein Hotel in der Altstadt möchte, oder?

The breakfast dipped to a 6.9 due to a lack of available fresh sandwiches.

the location was so great, right in the centre on a small square so not too rowdy but great. Short walk to the clock and main square plus restaurants and bars very nearby (it's above the Hard Rock Cafe and the Prague Beer Museum Pub).
Only issue was the taxi pick up from the airport, hotel seemed to have 'forgot' our booking. But as a nice touch gave us a couple of beers to apologise.

The location was outstanding and the staff was excellent.

First of all, the location was perfect that I could walk to most of the tourist spots and I could even take a rest for a while when I get tired. Secondly the breakfast was pretty good with variety of food, even a morning champagne!
Room was pretty small and there was a creaking sound every time I walk in the room, but I could survive.

Location-superb; hotel quite disappointing. In no way 4 stars. Quite loud noise from outside, drab tired décor, ugly furniture, tiny shower, good lighting, hearty breakfast.

Amazing hotel in the best location in Prague. The breakfast is probably the best of any hotel I've stayed in with so many choices. Staff are wonderful, hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable and great value for money.

The location is fantastic, very close to all main attractions in Prague. The breakfast is amazing, all food is constantly replaced from start to end and the variety is great. Staff is very helpful. Definitely recommend and will stay here again if I return to Prague.

The location was right in the middle of everything thing. The hotel staff were all amazing, and so very nice. Restaurants, museums, and shopping were definitely within walking distance.

it was close to everything , room was lovely , breakfast lovely , very clean lovely touches in the room bottled water underfloor heating in the bathroom cleaned daily . our stay was wonderful
There was nothing I didn’t like about the hotel , but it would have been nice if it had its own bar .

The location couldn't have been much better, we walked almost everywhere. The Astronomical Clock and Old Town Square were just around the corner. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel arranged for a car to pick us up on arrival which was a nice change of pace after taking trains all over Germany. It was only 390 CZK so not super expensive. The room was large and clean, breakfast was wonderful. We arrived to a welcome note and chocolates. If I visit Prague in the future this will be where I stay again.
