Very good location as it is in old town. Really liked valet parking as it is not so easy to drive in those Italy streets. Breakfast was good. Rooms was more spacious than I thought it will be. Also was really quiet at night.

To my taste a bit to hot in room (and it was April), especially in bathroom (because of heaters). But it is not a big issue I guess.

The bed needs and upgrade

Breakfast was amazing the hotel offers full-service and treat guest really well. The room had an amazing view on the Duomo. Loved every bit out it .

Absolutely excellent staff who bend over backwards to take care of every detail. The hotel also provided exceptionally early breakfast service for those who, like myself, were doing the Strade Bianche bike race. The room was great with a fabulous view over Siena, and the hotel is really close to everything you want to visit, while being easy to get to by car following the excellent instructions sent by the staff.

Some noise from neighboring rooms but not enough to prevent me from sleeping!

Excellent location, close to the Piazza del Campo, about a 5-10 minute walk. Hotel staff were very friendly and really helpful. Room was very clean and cleaned every day. I have now stayed in this hotel a couple of times and would definitely return again!

There is not really anything I didn't like. The breakfast was sufficient for our needs. Above that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location is amazing, the staff was wonderful with helping us park our car in their garage, and the breakfast was superior compared to other hotels we've stayed at in Italy. Wonderful!

Perfect location between the Duomo and il Campo

The hotel is in the heart of the centre,very near the magnificent Duomo and the Campo.Very nice breakfast.They also took care to park our car in their garage,obviously at a price.

Location was fantastic, staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Overall a very good experience

It’s not the hotels fault but parking is a bit if an issue. Like a lot of Italian towns you have to park outside. We ended up parking in the Stadium car park which was about a 10 minute walk to the hotel you pay by the hour.

just steps away from the duomo and campo, very comfortable hotel, great breakfast. Lots of value for money.
