Very friendly staff and good breakfast

We had a junior suite, and it faced the piazza. It was a fabulous room, the beds were very comfortable. The walk-in wardrobe was a great addition to store away the suitcases. We also had a large balcony with sofas and a table. It was lovely to sit there in an evening and relax. Also to have a fridge was an added bonus too. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff were extremely friendly and answered any questions we had. It was our first time in Caserta and we will definitely return to this hotel on our next trip there.

poor breakfast. and seemed to run out of things early with staff unwilling to replenish.

Located a few blocks from the palace, this hotel provided us with clean rooms and great staff service. one of our rooms had an air conditioning problem, but the staff moved quickly to change rooms and fix the situation. A great place to stay in Caserta!

Perfect venue in Caserta and nice staff!

Beds are not very comfortable, you can hear everything from other rooms, room smells like dust and needs a bit of refurbishment.
