Easy to get too. parking outside. close to the action but in a quiet area. clean and tidy and in good repair. Shower was excellent lots of hot water and great pressure.

We liked the interesting building and the handy location in town. Everything was functional and clean.

Basic facilities and breakfast

We needed to be near family for a few days so this hotel had everything to help our stay very comfortable. Staff were all very nice and breakfast was great.

The staff were very welcoming and available. The breakfast was exceptionally good value for money. Car parking available on site at no extra cost. Toiletries provided were exceptional for 3 star hotel.

There was no restaurant available for meals in the evening. A balcony would have been nice. A better desceiption of the location would have helped. Without satnav we would never have found the hotel.

-too much chat on the ground floor at night and the rooms are not sound proof. so I could not sleep before 2 am and in the morning there is obviously no silence. change the doors and the problem is solved. -lack parking

For the price it was all very good. The staff did not, as a rule speak English well but I spoke Spanish well enough. Breakfast was a bit of fun. The attention to detail, we did not ask for extra pillows but we used the extra blanket to raise the one they supplied. The next day, they gave, without asking, extra pillows. Had I asked, I am sure that would have been OK. Also the night receptionist was very good and we had a nice chat with them and it helped make that stay much more personal. Free, no deposit, safe key!

The beds were a little hard. The location is not the best.

Staff were friendly and willing to help.

Outside of the hotel looks poor. Inside you get the feeling you are in a prison, with no outside views and only an indoors central "square". Our room at the back of the hotel offered a view at a back-alley with garages and rooftops with building-materials on them.
