The location is amazing , the staff are really great , happy , accommodating and friendly

bit jaded around the pool area , it wasn’t cleaned daily or tidied … floor tiles very dusty just a hose down and a rearrange of the beds every morning would have been good … The continental breakfast was a little limited and could have included a pastry or a scrambled egg occasionally .

The location is absolutely brilliant. It’s in the centre of Oia, at the end of the main strip in the quieter area. This also makes it easier for taxis to drop you off. You can walk to everything so easily from here. The views from outside the hotel are amazing. The staff were lovely & the pool was a great bonus. The suite was also a good size and quite large. The bedside lights & USB charging ports are very handy.

The rooms are in a traditional style which we like but they were very basic. A few minor touches and they could be much more comfortable. We also had no sea view. The windows are small and if you squint you could just see the sea. The toilet is dark & the walls had large cracks & a hole by the cistern. The cleaners came quite early (we sleep in quite late) and as a result we didn’t have the rooms cleaned during our 4 day stay. However, if we had asked at reception, I’m sure they would have come in later. The bed in the main bedroom was uncomfortable and creaked every time either of us moved.

The location was excellent, the staff were very friendly and allowed us to check in a bit earlier than expected. Luggage storage was very convenient. Easily accessible guest parking

The room was on the main street and the noise from people and cars was constant. Would have preferred a room facing the pool or the ocean. The shower layout was a bit uncomfortable and water was everywhere over the bathroom floor. There was no tea and coffee provided yet there was a coffee machine. Would have preferred a fresh set of towels for the second day as we were swimming all day and the towels we had were soaked

pool was broken 1st day but fixed the next. Santorini is very expensive for accommodation - this was one of the better value options

Location was perfect and the staff were fantastic. The hotel restaurant was brilliant too. By far the best value we could find in Santorini.

The room seriously needed some tlc and the pool needs a bit too. So many tiles missing around the pool, I actually cut my arm on a sharp broken tile one day. The bed looked like it had been attacked by termites (so much wood was missing/chipped) and the wardrobe door was hanging off it’s hinges.

the furniture is tatty - broken bed, broken wardrobe. in the late afternoon the pool area seemed to be used by a lot of staff - or one member of staffs friends. not professional and changed the atmosphere having a big group around the pool - we left.

The location was great, such a good spot. The property felt run down and had a motel feel. The pictures make it seem very nice. Our room smelled really bad like smoke and a mixture of sewage. The staff was amazing. I loved them so much. Nicest people! We were really bummed that the pool was out of order. It says they have a pool on the sight and it wasn’t full when we came, which is why we booked in the first place. It was nice to have a kitchen. I know we are coming out of covid and things were just starting back up again. I also heard that it was their coldest year in 12 years so a lot of pools weren’t full yet, so trying to give them grace and I’m sure it’s getting better :)
