Location is excellent, largely everything is accessible by walk or a quick 50dhirham taxi. The staff is really nice and friendly.
The food options at the hotel are very limited, and exactly same breakfast all days , no variety. The vibe of a good hotel is missing in this, the lighting in the room is so dull. The pool area can be pumped up with music

Almost nothing is good about this Novotel, except for exterior appearance and location.
Staff barely spoke during our interactions and wasn’t friendly at all, breakfast starts at 7 which is useless for business people (one concierge said I could have at least a coffee and juice, but the next morning the other said “no, it’s closed until 7, no juice no coffee), rooms were smelly, particularly the bathrooms which were also a bit run down and mouldy.

Room was perfect, size, bed was very comfortable.

The staff on the pool are the best.
Around the hotel every street are in construction. the restaurant employees are not friendly, they didn't even change money to pay the bill, they even started laughing we ended up paying individually they stopped laughing right away.

All the area was in works. It was very difficult the acces to and from the Hotel

Everyone was lovely especially the receptionist that helped my friend move rooms to my floor. Assistants helped us get cheaper taxis which was great!
No hot water and water pressure but the country was hot so it didn’t really matter

Located in a very nice district around luxurious hotels, comfortable and clean rooms, nice pool. Approx 20min walk to Medina. Taxi stand just outside the hotel, which was very convenient!

Breakfast needs to add varieties. Needs to consistently putting names of the dishes to avoid the people opening for curiosity. drainage needs a regular maintenance. In our room, most of the time the water was not flowing.
The quality of towels. All were very old and the color is not acceptable anymore for use. The color is very bad. Sometimes you even feel that you dont want to use it at all. Thats how bad it is.
