The pillows have been very high and hard, I did ask at the reception for a softer and lower pillow, but they didn't have. They told me that there were other customers asking for the same, but they don't offer it. In the room was too hot. The only setting for the AC was the speed. Can not adjust the temperature! In 7 days, staying not even a single time was changed the shits! Mini shampoos were provided just 2 times.. I don't recommend it!

- The cleanliness; - The free parking; - Complimentary bottles of water; - Good quality bedsheets; - Good wi-fi connection.

- The old AC which wasn't handling at all the outside 38-39 degrees Celsius; - Way too hot in the room; - The sink's stopper were missing in both bathrooms. Quite easy for the guests to drop and lose in the sink their rings, earings and other small items; - The sofa bed in both rooms where we stayed were of poor quality, making them unusable for sleeping; - Horrible, complementary instant coffee.

Despite the fact that the breakfast opens at 7:00., at 6:50 the restaurant is already full and people already ate, tables are full and place is crowded. So, if you want to eat in peace and find a free table, try eating breakfast after 7:30. Is like 9:00 in this hotel time.

You have to pay in advance, even before you can have a look at your rooms. We booked two similar rooms, but got two quite different ones...
