Personnel d'accueil de nuit très sympathique.

Tarif vraiment disproportionné, variant en fonction de la demande, certes, mais très exagéré sur le principe. Dommage.

Le matelas

Les chambres sentent le tabac, c’était horrible pour moi, les tv ne fonctionne pas, nous avons fait 2 chambres,à minuit, à notre arrivée ont vous demande une cotions, plus cher que le prix de la chambre, qu’ont doit me rendre si je n’ai pas fumé dans la chambre……

Price was ok and it was on my route

it‘s an 80‘s style hotel next to a huge road, not far from the highway in an industrial area. There was a room party nearby ob the same floor. Too tired to complain or even care.

Comfortable bed, hot shower, Aircon worked very well

Clean, confortable and veeeeeery nice people!! Free park, we could let the car there the whole day while visiting Toulouse :)

A bit far away from the centre but not bad comunicated (~ 30 min, bus/walk + metro) I missed salty food at breakfast (eggs, ham, cheese...), but the rest was great (cereals, fruit, raisins, almonds, natural orange juice, croassants, chocolate cake, pancakes, great mermelada (three types!!), maple syrup, nutella, honey...)

Hello evreyone ! yesterday 1 of my drivers sleep there for one night.. after my payment online when my driver arrive there , staff for there ask him to pay one more time for ,,guaranti cuz don’t smoke on the room”” I don’t have any problem with that.. My problem its, cuz in the morning when ask to give money back, at 7:30 in the morning, they give him money back at 11:30….wtf????

Easy check in, staff were kind and helpful. Wifi was good, bed was comfortable.

No coffee/tea/kettle in the room. Coating of bathtub chipped off in a big section. Terrible view😂 Breakfast was 8 Euros and that felt overpriced given the offering.

All the details are just like in the website, the reception was wonderful the breakfast was various, the riom is very clean and quite (The girl who works in the reception is so helpful and smily person) If I’ll visit Toulouse again I will for sure come to this hotel
