Loved it. Ski in and easy access to tram up. Both restaurants were great. The staff were there to make sure you left with the best memories. Spa pool was nice. Climbing wall was a surprise.

Everything was top notch quality, they thought of everything, even having slippers in the ski room so that we didn’t have to squeeze our tired feet into our shoes after a day of skiing. Fresh fruity water was available just at the entrance of the ski room which offered much reprieve.
Not exactly ski-in ski-out but thankfully the elevator to the lift was nearby.

This place is spectacular. From the moment you walk in, we felt so welcomed. The room and the view is spectacular and the spa is a must do. Their restaurant for dinner was amazing and worth the dinner.

Hearty breakfast options including champagne for the ‘champagne breakfast’ lovers.
The staff were very warm and welcoming. Great location, magical views, many dining options... Overall, great experience for a solo traveler. I cannot wait to come back again with a +1 next time.
My toilet wasn’t clean when I checked in, but the housekeeping was able to resolve that quickly and they were very apologetic about it. So won’t hold it again them.

It is in a beautiful secluded location, where the apres ski and bar area is stunning.
We were so excited to stay at the property as I have been many times before as a guest in the restaurant and bar. It looks very beautiful on the website, however upon our arrival we were incredibly disappointed. The price of the room is so expensive for what you actually receive. It is a very basic room with a very expensive mini-bar, there is no television. Our room was also a long walk away from the restaurants, spa and ski room. The spa was lovely, however we were not told before our arrival that everything needs to be booked in advance, and as we were only staying for one night this was upsetting. I would not recommend this hotel, there are many better ones in Zermatt itself.
