Location, appearance, staff. All the best things you would expect in a small hotel, wrapped up into the hotel Bristol. Highly recommended.

Perfect location, very clean, wonderful staff, nothing was too much trouble and extremely comfortable bed. The bar in the hotel was very reasonable and welcoming, nice place to start and end the evening.

No shower in our room and the rooms were a little tired however immaculately clean.

Great location. Close to shops and restaurants. Bookable parking a big bonus. No breakfast taken as preferred to eat out.

Not a big minus but no hairdryer in the room however one was supplied on request at reception.

The hotel was well located for the beach. The lady on reception made some excellent restaurant suggestions. The car parking was secure. Comfy bed.

The room was rather tiny but it had a decent shower.

Nothing wrong at all, bathroom was ready for a bit of a makeover but that’s just being picky

The public spaces are lovely. Really nice bar and breakfast room, nice outside space. The rooms are massive too.

The room felt dated. All the switches on the wall did nothing, the bathroom had no stand up shower and there were cracks in the surround for the bath. It also don't have air conditioning so got extremely warm. In a seaside resort this meant the windows open with a million seagulls getting angry. For £170 a day without breakfast that wasn't ideal.
