Friendly staff and good facilities in the room.
Unfortunately the noise from the highway takes a while to get used to.

The comfort of the room and bed, the variety of TV channels available, the safe underground parking and the helpfulness of the staff.
The bathroom door needs repair and the air-conditioning needs a service.

I like their courtesy from the security guard , they know how to treat visitors.
Reception and bar tender thay are all friendly.
Yhooo your bed guys is too comfortable we really enjoyed it.

It is far from the beach
And its view is not apetizing as we look at big stores and not on the good view and unkempt side that is nearer to the hotel.

Everything was around,restaurants etc
Toilet was'nt working properly in our room,shortage of food in dining area and make sure people meets the correct booking,I was disappointed when I told about the wrong booking. Please improve on food availability and check everything before guests check in on your facility.Except that everything was perfect and thanx that you rosolved the booking issue.⁸⁷

it was a last a minute trip for one night, rooms are spacious and have ultra-comfortable beds. Excellent value for money.

The staff was amazing. They made us feel right at home. We had a great time by the communal pool. Our friends were able to visit us and chill by the pool area with us. The other guests were super friendly. Everyone came there for a good time and the environment was allowing.
Breakfast options could've been better.

I loved the stuff .they were friendly . Felt welcomed
On the 2nd day the cleaners did not clean our room,change towels and fill the tea desk. We were very disappointed 😞 😔 😪 hope you could talk to your cleaning stuff .

Room has no big light. Small lights are too dull and depressing.
Shower had no glass
Towels always short only gave 2 bath towels for a family room.
Location is in an industrial area.

Bedding duvet were not of good quality, lumpy, slipping out of covers
Room had not window view window was against a wall no view or air at all
Air-conditioning is very antiquated and very noisy
Curtaining was unappetizing
Bathroom facilities also very old and are not polished had mold or waterstained were having green stains showing they were not receiving any cleaning (shower head & bath taps
