The best part of the property was the garden and the amazing views over to the beach and is where we spent most of our time. The staff were not on site but did everything they could to help via WhatsApp.

Decor was dated with dirty marks and scuffs on the walls, air conditioning didn’t work, neither did the lights in one of the bedrooms. We spent the majority of the time in the garden. No direct access to the beach.

Great location just over the beach. Low tide permits long walks. Top floor apartment/villas have a good view especially those at the corner close to the sea. Quiet location beside Flamenco hotel (closed). If you know the road, it's close to interesting sites-like Cadiz, (approx 1 hour) and great beaches, Car necessary.Friendly staff (but not really efficient). Too cold for pool in October.Nice private roof terrace.It's part of about a block of +- dozen villas/apartments where some dont have a good sea view. Select carefully.

Though we are senior ladies, we got no help with luggage. Aircon/heater didnt work. First choosing 22 degrees it was icecold( 17 degrees?). When weather was fresh we wanted the heating, but only got cold. We didnt like that they knew about this, but noone had warned us, so we lost a lot of time trying out everything. The electric small heaters dint really help.The quality of the bedrooms was rather basic with thin walls. Complicated and long /slow check in . Friendly lady showed us a complicated path to the beach though there was a very simple and short one. There should be an available list with supermarkets for guests, because this took the lady a long time to find, and finally we had to drive at dark. We got terribly lost closeby even with TOMTOM .There were only towels for 1 person, 1 kitchen towel: and only next day we got the others. Too bad, because we liked the place for its situation and view.
