Pena por não ter conseguido outra diária seguida.. mais serviu de lição , na próxima reservo duas ou mais diárias juntas ..

The room was tidy, and the staff was very helpful

It's as simple as a room can be. No decoration, ceiling lights are sparse and weak, curtains aren't blackout, you can hear all sounds from the street. It's really a budget choice.

The room was comfortable and spacious, and very clean. They had a parking lot where I could leave the car, which was a plus. The breakfast was also great, we enjoyed it a lot.

When we arrived, the receptionist was very nice and likable, but on the next day the other guy wasn't as helpful. Also, the water pressure in the bathroom was a bit weak.

Area with supermarkets and restaurants. Nice shower.

Very discourteous staff. Apart from one member of staff at reception who really made an effort to speak English, the others couldn't be bothered. They wouldn't even look at you because you don't speak the national language, so basically if you don't speak Portuguese, you're in for a big challenge!

Localization is great, walking distance to downtown. There are several things near by, such as restaurants, bakeries, groceries and several stores.

Nothing to complain, only the woman responsible for the breakfast didn’t have a friendly expression, even though the breakfast was delicious.
