It's a real dream place.

The location is amazing, right on the beach, beautiful view from our room too. The loungers were great and we enjoyed the food that we ordered from the restaurant. Breakfast also had a lot of variety. The staff were amazing, very friendly, and gave us great recommendations for where to go in the area to eat.

Water pressure in the shower was very bad. No soap in the room on our first night there. No tea/coffee in the room.

Location

The bedroom was dirty. There was a number of issues with cleanliness: - remote control was ar conditioning was greasy and dirty which is specially concerned in times of a world pandemic - battery for the air conditioning was flat and not working - bedroom was overall dirty with dirty stains on the walls - there was a number of flies touching the food on the breakfast buffet. It was disgusting and we decided not to eat on the first day. - there were some screws poking out the bed and danger to step and get the feet hurt. Overall it was a disappointment, we left one night earlier and only stayed for the second night because I had to drive six hours to go back to the previous location and I was too tired of making the journey the day before.

Fantastic staff!! Courteous, friendly, helpful and organized. Great housekeeping and front desk staff!! Good bar, but doesn't stay open late. Breakfast was good, not great

Rooms a bit dated. Mattress needs replacement. Main room area A/C in bad shape. Deck sliding door wouldn't lock. Restaurant needs a little do-over

The only thing I liked was the location

The value for money, too expensive for what we got. Also the breakfast was terrible. I never thought I would get terrible coffee in Brasil. The staff att he restaurant was rude and did not care. The only person that was kind to us during the stay was Sr. Nilson.

Great location. Staffs are awesome. Breakfast was perfect.

Restaurant a bit overpriced and they cant handle the buzy lunch time. Takes far too long waiting for food to arrive. Many more options close to the hotel.
