Clean & Tidy. Very Large Room.

No smart tv, unable to use Netflix ect… Only 2 cable TV channels.

They tried to solve the hot water problem and offered me a different room. But was that warn out I didn't bother changing rooms

Not having any hot water in the room. Which was disappointing considering I payed for a room with a spa

Good Location high on hill and quiet. Comfortable beds. Manager on duty was friendly and informative. Serviceman’s club great. Drive to the lookout to the War Memorial overlooking Goulburn worthwhile.

Werent told that TV was not working until trying for ages to get it too. Apparently repairman had to come from Bowral but not for a few days! Bathroom fan and shower surrounds were not very clean and a light over the sink working.

Breakfast was fine. The receptionist ‘Evelyn’ was very helpful and considerate. A pleasure.

The room smelt of cigarette smoke. The face clothes and towels did not appear fresh. There was an ironing board but after I put it up learned the room did not have an iron. The walls were paper thin and I listened for hours to the person in the next room coughing and there tv.

Bed was comfortable,bathroom good size,

Unfriendly welcome, plug missing from bathroom sink, so shaving difficult. Towels thin and had an odour. The top shelf of the fridge was full of water.

Very clean and small kitchen provided

Furnishings and linen could be updated

*not very clean, the shower tiles were mouldy and the carpet looked like it needed a deep clean *pillows were as thin as paper and only two provided. *bed was lumpy and dipped
