Matress not so comfy, towel very thinly(like napkin)

The matress was worn out Wifi was off Room was cold

We booked two rooms for five people. 2 adults and 3 kids, but when we arrived and checked in we found out that there are only place for four people. From hotel staff we get info that there is no any option to put extra bed in room, and they don’t offer extra beds in rooms. Also they mixed up our booking with another family, so in the morning we needed to prove them, that our booking was with breakfast included and everything is paid already.

The hotel looks very nice, cars in haul looks amazing. Personel was very kind, room was clean and comfortable same as bath.

On our bedding we found red stain. Hairdryer was broken. Location is far away from center and it's problematic to get Uber / Bolt.

The hotel is modern, the rooms are spacious and the stuff is extremely kind.

The location is a bit to the outside of the city, thus we had to take taxis to get to the centre.

The ac wasn't strong enough, the curtains don't make the room dark enough, so we had an early wake up
