ロケーションがよかった。 スタッフの対応が良かった。

街の中心部に近いので買い物が楽しめた 繁華街が近いので楽しかった アメニティが良かった

お風呂が思ったより狭かった 坂道が少しだけ辛かった

ユニットバスがファミリー向けでは無いと感じました

It is not possible to get to the first floor by stairs so we had to wait for so long to use elebator but we passed more than four times because it was so crowded around 11 which was the checkout time

The tourist attractions are nearby, and the decoration is distinctive.

The stuff was really nice and the rooms were equitable

It's only had a few parking spots so when we got there around 7:00 p.m. they had no more parking available and head to direct us to a parking a few blocks away

We enjoyed the location being so close to many shops and restaurants, as well as having a nice view and a quiet sleep. The room has plenty of amenities, including a steamer and straightener as well as free coffee at reception. Also, the TV has many streaming sites including YouTube and Netflix with a fast reception speed. It was also very helpful that check-out was at 11:00.

We found the room slightly small for our liking, there wasn't much space to store luggage. The lighting in the room was also slightly too dark at nighttime.

Location is very close to Sannomiya and close to different restaurants and shops. It is a little hidden away though, but it made it very quiet which was great. Breakfast was good too with both Western and Japanese options. Overall, a good stay if you're coming for a weekend trip.

Walking distance to a lot of things and very comfortable place. Forgot to go see night views, but Kobe beef restaurant nearby was great

So many one way streets around, so when I made a wrong turn, detour was long.

The room was simple, but clean and a lot more spacious (and better decorated) than the average Japanese business hotel. The facilities feel fairly new and everything is in good condition. Buffet breakfast had a reasonable selection of protein and vegetable options from Eastern and Western cuisines, though I would have appreciated some brown rice for the carbohydrate. Staff were very friendly. Comfortable beds if you like a firm/supportive mattress. Location is very good, about 5-7 minutes' walk from Kobe Sannomiya Station. About a million restaurants and shops in the immediate area.

The built-in digital clock by the bed is so bright that I had to cover it up in order to sleep.
