Excellent location. Clean. Very good restaurant.

People smoking inside + very bad ventilation. After 20 minutes your clothes will be smelling like cigarette smoke. Highly uncomfortable given that 65% of people in the lobby and the restaurant are smoking. Very rude lobby bar staff. Services listed on the website are very exaggerated. For example, airport transfer is non existent - had to take a taxi.

Fantastic location , beautiful design & friendly staff.

Spa was good, has a pool, sauna and hammam. Gym looks fine too. The lady at the reception was helpful and kind.

Had a lunch in the restaurant - extremely expensive - a salad which’s main ingredient was salt. The waiter asked if everything was fine i said “no” it was so much salt i feel my lips irritated. He answered: “we put a little salt, you must have a special taste”. Later i found out all serbian food is too salty or too sweet or too complicated. The whole light system in the room had no logic. Either you turn off the lights along with the electricity or you have to sleep with a lighted bathroom or wardrobe. The light’s system should be less complicated. The sewage in the sink was almost blocked and water didnt drain quickly. They said its the “angle” of the sink to blame, not the blockage. However when the water was rising i saw hair and other unpleasant stuff from previous clients. The lobby is a smoking area - beware. They all smoke inside restaurants in serbia. But I didn’t expect this disrespectful attitude in the “best” 5 star hotel. Shame. They spread the perfume at the entrance part of the lobby probably to hide the smoke - but they overperfume it. Its too intense.

Hotel doesn’t even have basic amenities like a firm pillow. They had very soft pillows which created neck pain and very uncomfortable and distressful sleep. Despite repeated requests, they refused to provide any other pillow other than the soft ones in the room. This is something very basic which even a non luxury hotel will have. Don’t waste your money here. The hotel is not worth it. Attitude of the staff says it all
