The beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed the surroundings. The calmness of the hotel. Beautiful rooms and the contact with nature, and the friendliness of the people.
There was no restaurant or bar facility open after 9pm on Saturday night...
The confiture pods at the breakfast were very cheap and not able to open (se puede mejorar mucho la mermelada en el desayuno, tanto facilidad para abrir como calidad )

C'est pas un tourist hotel, but an event hotel. Impossible to enjoy the pool. Beside the reception, the personnel was not very kind. Always had the impression to "disturb" them at the breakfast.

It is a great retreat from the usual chaos of the city, surrounded by nature as an oasis in Arequipa. Great and friendly service. They recovered some lost and found for me.

There was a power outage and they did not have a backup generator. December 31 940pm until Jan 1 12:20 am

the space in the bedroom was nice and the bathroom really clean and flawless. being around with ducks, horses and bulls was also really peacefull and relaxing.
the windows were dirty and some spaces like the gym or the waiting room in the back were abandoned. dissapointment about the breakfast, and also the boats in the lake were really in bad shape. did not see service staff around the pool or bar. the food in the restaurant was the worst part, even the cheapest food in the town center was so much better.

They could improve the bathroom, it is old!
The restaurant must offer a variety of dishes, specially because it is too far of the restaurants area!
