La habitación estaba limpia, buen tamaño y cómoda.

El lobby no tiene aire acondicionado. La fila del check in y check out fueron muy incomodas debido a la carencia de personal. El baño del lobby tenía condiciones deplorables y con mal olor. El snack bar es muy pequeño, la fila era muy larga e incómoda, la comida del mismo de muy mala calidad. No regreso a ese lugar.

Todo, tanto que nos quedamos una noche más.

Que el último día no tenía conexión el TV, y lo reportamos en el lobby y nos dijeron que ya por la hora no se podía resolver, lo único negativo sería eso, pienso que deben tener un personal activo para garantizar ese tipo de situaciones ya que por lo menos era nuestro último día y habíamos decidido quedarnos descansando en la tarde en la habitación viendo TV. Si embargo no tengo queja de nuestra estadía fue muy rica 💯

El trato del personal de comedor y comida rápida brindan un excelente servicio, lo hacen con eficiencia tratando de que pases un momento agradable en las instalaciones. Excelente experiencia con el personal.

Pool was good since it was renewed and the beach.

This reservation was made to a friend and I did indicate it was for someone else and included the person name but when they arrived they called me requesting my ID since it still appeared as for me. I also indicated they needed a ground floor room and when arrived they gave him a 5th floor indicating they had elevators. I never expected this type of customer service from this newly renovated resort.

The beach is calm and clean. One of my favorite in those side of the island.

The dedication, good attitude and love from the staff is beyond words. Especially the Manage Mr. Salomon Fanny from the buffet, Francisco a sweetheart, Santo from the Bar, I wish to clone all of them to have only nice people. Thank you so much❤️

La comida básica y mala , ni en mi casa tengo comida así No se ve para nada apetecible. Solo tiene dos piscinas y una siempre está llena de gente u sucia y no la limpian

El personal de recepcion! Las habitaciones con cucarachas, con Moho una habitacion que despues nos cambiaron. Nos quisieron cobrar extra por querer entrar a comer a la 1 de la tarde! Trato muy feo de la recepcion

L hôtel est magnifique les chambres spacieuses sont décorées avec goût . Le buffet est bon copieux est varié,la plage à ras de l hôtel magnifique 🤩

Most of the staff very friendly.

The property advertises 3 restaurants, there is only one available that has a different menu every night. Dir time in the restaurant appetizer came out 45 minutes after we order stone cold. For you to get a reservation you have to wake up before 7am. Air conditioning dripping water that made me had a slip. Bathroom dirty with mold in the shower. We decided to check out a day before and spend the night with relatives.

Primero que en el check in tenían que informar más, sobre cómo era las instalaciones, ejemplo que si quería comer en tal restaurant tiene q reservar a tal hora y donde, falta de comunicación, como es todo incluido uno piensa que puede ingresar a cualquier restaurant, pero ahí indican q hay q reservar y no es justo que no haya buena comunicación desde el principio, las toallas deben ser cambiadas diariamente cuando hacen la limpieza en las habitaciones, no lo estaban solo cambiaron sabanas.

The staff very friendly and attentive. The rooms are in very clean conditions and modern look.

Room service entered the room several times when knocking only once and unannounced. Had to put the extra lock and put the Do Not disturb to prevent this.

everyone at the resort was super nice and welcoming. shoutout to the bartenders for making good drinks, Carlos at the Tex mex restaurant for being so kind and always having a smile and always making sure we were happy during the meal, and belkys (not sure if that’s how you spell it) for being great and getting us into the restaurant on our last night as we loved the food they served & didn’t have a reservation. The employees who were in charge of the daily activities/games and nightly shows did a good job in working with what they got and making sure everyone was having a good time. rooms were clean and as long as you put the sign on the door they will come neaten up the room and replace towels/shampoo/ toiletries. beach is beautiful with lots of chairs and space to relax.

the resort needs more of a drink variety (but was good enough for what you pay to stay here) - example: I asked for a mudslide and they looked so confused and said no food at the buffet was ok, I’ve eaten better buffet food at resorts website said there was a few different restaurants- there was only the buffet and Tex mex you have to make a reservation for the Tex mex restaurant in the morning - they will say no it’s full if they ‘fill up” the reservations (if I’m paying to be there I shouldn’t have to get denied when they have tables empty throughout the night not a lot of variety of food at the snack bar (only hamburgers/hot dog/fries/pizza everyday)

The room was comfortable.

This is a resort for locals not tourists. They provide specials for locals and it was full of locals. Also, I fell in the room hit my face and knee badly and I requested to be able to stay 2 hours after checkout since I could not walk and did not want to be in the airport for 4 hours and they said "the only way is if you pay us $50.00 US dollars". They did not care that my face was all bruise up and my knee was hurting they wanted the $50.00. Keep in mind that I got a stomach virus due to how they wash the vegetables. This was told by a Dominican Republic doctor.

The property, staff, and ambiance were great,. Our room was a good size, but we got two full size mattresses on a queen size custom base bedframe. We are not drinkers, but I had a Pña colada and a Margarita and did not meet my expectations.
