Good location, just off main road to beach so a bit quieter but only a 5 mins walk Good sized rooms, with great air con and fridge, balcony overlooking pool Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful Very close to airport makes transfer simple and cheap

Wifi really didn’t work, engineer ‘fixed’ many times even said he’d put a new router can but continuously dropped out Instant packet Nescafé coffee at breakfast, not good enough these days, luckily next door had a proper machine All rooms overlooking pool means kids up very early 6.30 ish playing in pool wake everyone up, also prams asked along corridors everywhere creating hazard in case of fire

The shower was only half closed so water can flood the floor. Had to put towels on floor to soak the water.

Located close to the Phuket airport and Nai Yang beach. However Phuket Town is around 30km away. The lady at the reception was really very good. Helped arrange a self drive car as well as the day trip to Phi Phi.
