We arrived to our room with nearly any toilet paper, Fridge did not work, shower was broken, cleaner did not leave water on second day, sheets were dirty, mouldy shower

We loved this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful. We had the best housekeeper we have ever had. He was attentive to details and loved taking care of us. The pool was nice and the restaurant was great. We stayed 2 weeks and the staff brought us a fruit tray on arrival. very kind!!!

The hotel is right in the middle of Kota Kinabalu. The famous Kaya Street (for night time hot food markets on Friday and Saturday evenings from 6pm and for the Sun morning market) is just about a minute walk from the hotel, literally. There are lots of restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. The waterfront is also within walking distance, along with a few malls in the vicinity. One of the bigger malls Suria Sabah is within a few minutes of walk from the hotel.

There is really nothing we don’t like about the hotel. Well if I’m pressed for something I personally don’t like I will say the hotel restaurant on the ground floor that serves breakfast needs a better coffee machine :)

found few hair on the bed sheet and the pillow. so i guess they didnt change the bed sheet cover.. not sure the rest if changed or not. so i asked them to change the bed sheet and pillow cover. swimming pool ok but a bit crowded.

We have a room at 12th floor with Sea View. Room is spacious and comfortable. Bed is very comfortable. Location is very good. Just cross the road is Gaya Street. Lot of nice food around there. Sunday has morning market along the street. Shopping mall rated 2nd best in Kota Kinabalu just a short 15mins walk from hotel.

Breakfast just ordinary. Can make a miss.

i like the room's floor was covered with carpet🥰 room was wide the long way outside the room was clean and fragrance well.. Please paint the hotel with great colour so everybody will get attract.cuz i thought it was an old hotel..

i stay in the 1001 room.. and at midnight when i was looking for aircondition remote control, it was paste and hide at the difficult corner to find.but i didnt get mad because other than that everthing was excellence!

- a lot of children, very noisy at the swimming pool - lying by the pool is not really possible
