Cleanliness could be improved- It was dusty in the main bedroom and there was some old food stuck to the sink mixer tap. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

I liked everything a suggestion would be a ceiling fan in bedrooms

Location perfect
Unfortunately dog area was a small poorly surfaced path at side of house - couldn’t use patio/barbecue area as it wasn’t fenced.

Fantastic location, near the dog beach, cafe and general store. Lovely presented property with spacious rooms, very clean, hosts were easy to contact and very helpful. Would absolutely recommend it as one of the best dog friendly accomodations we have stayed at in the Margaret River region.

Location and privacy
Hard to keep warm at night. Very little space on the line to dry clothes; dog fencing wasn’t suitable for small dogs.

Great accommodation with open layout, nice large bed powerful shower, large outdoor space, well equipped kitchen and great location with access to the beach 2 minutes away. Hosts were great at dealing with small issue, responding with speed and concern.

The location was great and there was a fire place ready to go on arrival. it was a nice personal touch to arrive to.

Beachside Prevelly Villas was in a great location for the beach, cafe & close to everything. The house was lovely & we had a great stay there. Definitely will be back.

Clean apartment.
Good fireplace with lots of wood.
Dog basket with toys etc, lovely.
The position of the double storey units looks like it is on the beach when you book but it it clearly two separate areas so the two storey units are some distance away, this is quite misleading when booking
The aircon heater was rusted out which was OK due to the sea air and it was due for replacement as we had the fireplace
The upstairs bedrooms have no toilet/bathroom, this is not ideal for children/other family
Things are a bit tired, toaster not working, and the shower pressure is utterly prostatic and quite unpleasant.

Cafe Close, great if you take your pets, loads of blankets so we weren’t cold, Toys for the baby. Wifi good.
If I had to say something, Drinking water not that tasty and knives needed a sharpen.
