Excellent value for money. Staff were great, hotel was very clean and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Room was cleaned every day, towels changed etc. Breakfast was served in the cafe and while basic, was enough to set you up for the day! The small balcony was a nice addition to the room. My motorcycle was parked on the pavement right outside the front door of the hotel and while there was a 1€ daily charge, it felt secure(ish). I would stay again if passing through Essaouria.

Balcony overlooks main road and can be a little noisy but you get used to the noise after a while. Nit a wholly picturesque view!

Everything, especially the cosy private balcony, and the room was serviced with a clean, not that it was needed and soap and toilet paper replenished while I was out walking, you have to leave the key with 24 hour reception when you go out then they can do their job without disturbing you. The breakfast included in the price is excellent. And the staff are so polite and helpful.😀 I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Essaouira.

It would be very hard to find something to complain about. Maybe the distant hum of the traffic between 8pm and 11 pm, which actually acts as a lullaby and helps me sleep, because absolute silence is a terrible thing😮 No I can actually say hand on heart there was nothing which I could find a fault with.

This hotel was near the CTM coach company so easy to travel to other Moroccan city. The receptionist lady was superb, Friendly and very helpful many thanks.

No English speaking staff. Road noise as room faced busy main road. Duvet on bed too thick. No english tv channels.

The staff is not friendly at all especially the lady with the dark skin who tried not only to scam us with a higher price than that published in the booking.com App but also made us pay extra 25DHS/person for breakfast (we were 3people) and breakfast was literally a FEW grams of jam, olive oil, old olives, Amlou, a small piece of bread/croissant with no forks nor knives and a micro cup of tea/coffee) in some dirty no non-smokers area cafe (owned to the same hotel I guess). we decided to book using the App so that at least we get to post a review about this bad experience ( she made us pay that extra for breakfast anyway) and right after we paid she took from the change left extra 10DHS parking fee (without even asking for permission) for some public non-secured street she claimed it’s for some guy who comes later in the night to guard the cars ( no one appeared though).

The staff working there are really nice. Everyone from the receptionists to the guys in charge of the cafe. The hotel is really clean and great location outside of the medina. Close to the beach, a minimarket, kitesurf lessons and am money exchange house.

The staff of the hotel were helpful and so nice. The hotel is located just few steps from the main touristic destination of the city.

The price is bit high. The breakfast was not as expected. There is no air conditioning and also no small fridge inside the room.

Location is really good. 5 minutes walk to the beach. The only downside is a lot of noise from the traffic as the hotel is placed my the main road of the city. Breakfast was fine. Nothing mind blowing, but you get what you pay for and enough for a solo traveler to make it to the lunch time (bread, pastry, marmalade, processed cheese, hard boiled egg, orange juice and a choice of tea or coffe). Very, VERY helpful staff.

Heavy traffic till late night hours. Something people should be aware off, especially soft sleepers.
