comparing prices, the value was ok compared to other local apartments. It was clean, roomy, large tv, main bed was ok, lounge was comfortable, kitchen was I'd say recently renovated and was good. Bathroom had a shower over the bath. Second bed had two singles. Complex was three blocks surrounding the pool with 4 apartments in each with some having permanents. Sound proofing seemed good with no noise heard during stay. Situated the southern side of the town which would be a bit of a walk from the main shopping area.

Paint in bathroom showed condensation issues, car park a bit of a walk when carrying bags. No water views except pool. Not in the best part of the town but there is a good beach not far away. If I stayed in Merimbula again I probably would look at something more central and with water views because the area is very pretty, but it would depend on what you are happy to pay.

Excellent location, walk to town and beach, good sized two bedroom apartment, modern, hosts very friendly and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed the location because we were able to walk to the beach; walk into town and we felt quite comfortable and the folk staying in the other apartments were friendly and quiet.

Maybe some modernising of the bathroom and toilet would be beneficial.

Very Clean ,close to every thing beach & host was accommodating.

Little over priced for a hotel that request you clean before leaving & a hotel that could do with some upgrading.

Unit was within walking distance from the surf beach. Hot water was amazing. Unit was very well equipped. Great TV with Netflix. Bed and lounge furniture very comfortable.

Being an older couple we would have preferred a walk in shower. Or at least a handle in the over the bath shower. All else was OK.
