Es un hotel que ya tiene sus años. El proceso de check in fue bastante demorado.

Personal no capacitado Me hicieron mal el cobro y no resuelven solo lo único que decían era que uno debía pagar, cuando ya había pagado. Me hicieron sentir como si los estaba estafando

The size of the room was quite descent. The balcony was nice. Swimming pool added value to my stay.

The bed was too soft for my liking. The area is apparently not as safe as I thought, receptionist advised us to avoid walking to the city center as previous guests have had problems with robberies apparently.

We had a problem with the heater in the room and they brought us a portable one, which was a bit uncomfortable.

The buffet breakfast and wait staff were excellent. My husband and I enjoyed our very comfortable, clean, and well-appointed room. The mattress was so comfortable it lulled you to sleep. We stayed on the ninth floor and paid for access to the premium room. The premium room staff, food, spirits, and atmosphere were excellent. The front desk security and other staff were very customer-friendly and informative. We will definitely stay at a Barcelo property in the future.

I can't think of anything we didn't like during our stay.

Location was great for me

It was all good, nothing to complain

The breakfast was excellent, gym and swimming pool very good, but busy. A great location but the hotel is a bit dated in decor feels late 90s. I would recommend you feel safe and it has a good shuttle free to the airport.

The overall facilities are very nice. The room was big enough, as expected. the staff was helpful and friendly. The best part was the Spa, very professional and great massage!

We would have liked to swim in the pool and relax a bit in that area but it was impossible, the pool was crowded with kids jumping all around and the music was so loud that reading a book was out of the question. The bed mattress was too soft and the shower was too old. Considering the nice facilities, the room need some refurbishment
