Breakfast not applicable. A little difficult to get a taxi to get around when you're only there for a few days it's hard to pre-book. Restaurants for a little bit far to walk to if you have restriction like asthma or heart condition.

The bed was comfortable and the room I was in was spacious and had even a bathtub. there was enough place to park on the property. the staff was suuper nice and helpful and the view was great. All in all I was more than happy and will come back.

the only thing I did notice was hair, which was not mine, in the bathroom. besides that everything was fantastic.

This family run place was a dream - we were 6 friends staying in a 3 bedroom studio apartment. It was large, comfortable, clean and the beds were super comfy. We were annoying guests who arrived a bit earlier than expected while the apartment was still being cleaned but they were so accommodating. Thank you for a lovely stay in your great place

Very friendly host family. Modern rooms were very comfortable and clean. We got free transport two times to the centrum. It would be possible to get more transport, but we wanted to walk.

There is a new building under construction. It was a silent season and the construction continues in the winter.

Gonzalo and Noemia are very good hosts. They always paid attention to our comfort and needs, recommended beaches, programs. The location of the accommodation is excellent. Gonzalo not only helped us get a car on the island, but he came right away when we had a problem. Thank you!

Common spaces are very good. Good kitchen and management. Nice pool. The room is ok, beds are very confortable. Staff is ready to help. Nice location.

The nicest People run this place and really do look after you. Breakfast was good (a little unorganised - they make their life difficult by serving the coffee instead of it being free service) with plenty of choice. The place is still under construction a little but will be fantastic once it is finished.

Room was a bit too little small

Very nice and big apartment with view on the Pico mountain from the kitchen Window and a terrace with remote view on the ocean. With 2 bedrooms this is ideal for 2 couples or a family of 4. The kitchen has a.o a big refrigerator and a microwave. All the Windows have protection for mosquitos and there was also a stand-alone fan for cooling of. The host was very friendly and provided some good tips with nice things to see and do on the island. The snorkelling and jump spot he pointed out near the village had wonderful blue /azure water with plenty of fish and some exciting jump place from the rocks into the natural ocean pool .

If you don’t have your own transport , it is a bit far from the village , but most tourists rent a car (as did I) and so for most this should be fine. There is by the way ample parking space for cars. It is also a bit pricy if you are only 2 to occupy this big apartment , as in our case, but on the other hand you get great value for the money.

The hosts were great! Nice space! Quiet! And comfortable! Great to relax! Our 3 year old loved the pool!

Goncales and his team are so friendly and helpful. Everything was nice and the way it was described on booking. The place is great and we had - room-wise - one of the newest additions to the property. More are being built right now. All in all more than you could wish for during a stay on Pico.

We loved our stay here. The owners could not do enough to make sure we had a good time. Location was excellent. very central to all the island has to offer.

The owners, Gonçalo and Isabel, are amongst the kindest people I ever met. When my friend arrived very tired after a turbulent flight, Isabel made her a sandwich without any cost. Furthermore, when we were looking for hiking poles to climb Pico mountain, Gonçalo gave us a pair to use for free. And last but not least, when we asked if we could stay 2 nights more than planned, this was no issue at all (of course we fairly paid the additional nights). Besides the kindness of the owners, the accommodation itself is also great: very modern, very clean and well-maintained, in a quiet side street with sea view, at walking distance from the village centre with few shops and restaurants. We stayed in a 2 persons room with shared kitchen, but there are various rooms and even independent apartments/villas available for rent. It's a pity that we didn't take the time to enjoy the swimming pool, because there are so many other beautiful things to do and see on Pico! Staying in Pico Dreams-Sportfish was a wonderful, relaxing and worthy finish of our 2-week trip across the Azores! I would be very happy to return some day and stay in Pico Dreams-Sportfish again, rather sooner than later!

No significant things to dislike, really. Just two minor suggestions: - A small table would be nice to have in the room, to make short-term desk work (even just writing a postcard) easier. - Several construction materials were stored on and around the terrain, giving a slightly disorderly appearance and also partly obstructing one of the car parking spots. It would be so easy to move those materials out of sight, thereby giving the entire property an even tidier appearance. But that's just an aesthetical suggestion :)
