The hotel is really close to the airport.

Unwelcoming hotel. Boring bar, impersonal staff. In short, not recommended for us, especially if you’ve just enjoyed the hospitality of Puglia.

I really only stayed here because I had a 6:30am flight - they have 24 hours reception and a free shuttle service to the airport so it was very easy for me to get to the airport so early in the morning. The room was clean, modern and spatious.

I was a bit disappointed that they were unable to provide me with a breakfast I could take with me in the morning considering I paid for breakfast (I have had other hotels who were willing to give me a take-away breakfast when I have had an early check-out). I didn't feel like the staff were super friendly and had one communication issue whereby they didn't respond to my message.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms we clean and well presented. The restaurant was great value for money, and the meals were very nice

Excellent location to airport. 5 minute drive away. Rooms were clean and comfortable. 24 hour shuttle runs to airport. Handy if you have an early flight out of Bari. Friendly staff.

It was poor value for the amount paid over £200. The dinner meal and service were poor. and the morning breakfast was poor due to lack of choices. Dining room was vast but tables all close together. No atmosphere in bar area either. Seating area outside whilst waiting for shuttle was for smokers both sides . None for non smokers. The pillows were lumpy.

Beside the fact that the hotel design is very cold and sad most facilities you need on a business trip are like they should be. It is an airport hotel so there should be a coffee machine at least at the lobby for the guest who have to leave early.

Mini bar is empty and the vending machine at the flour accepted only coins. That sucks, asking the actual prices for a room the minibar should provide at least some vine and snacks ( you are in Italy for god sake ). The price is now on a level which indicates a service and standard that the hotel is not providing.

To hot water in swimming pool

The premises were clean. The shuttle bus service was very efficient.

We had to store the luggage ourselves.

Honestly, we were not expecting so good stay conditions and comfortable relaxation opportunities from such a big hotel like this. Although the price was quite high, it was worth it. Warm water in swimming pool, really relaxing SPA centre, very good quality food and service in restaurant. In addition, it is located just a few minutes drive from the airport and offers free airport transfer if necessary (cannot say more as we did not use this option). The main reason we booked this hotel was the possibility of early check-in and relatively late check-out times. In between, we managed to visit Bari old town, to enjoy SPA in the afternoon and had a dinner in the evening.

The hotel is situated next to the Bari international airport. The free shuttle is very convenient & available within minutes of a call. We just called the reception and the free private comfortable shuttle picked us up from the airport to the hotel. If you want to walk to the hotel, you can do it in about 20 minutes. The great bonus is the heated indoor pool which has a hydromassage corner also. Very relaxing after a long flight. Breakfast is fine related to the Italian standard. The waiters were very friendly.

The pool opens at 11:00 on Saturdays. I would be glad it to be opened earlier.
