it’s a lovely place. everything is perfect. we have a 2 and half years old and she enjoyed the place as well. breakfast is awesome.

outdated facility, poor breakfast, pool access was not comfortable as you would need a vest that you have to rent for 10 eur at the reception if you don’t want to hang around the hotel in towel - no changing room on floor either. breakfast was very basic considering the way the hotel positions itself. the hotel costed roughly 20% less than 4s modern ones on the same period, but the perceived return was far below that

Mobile fan was brought in for us, and battery was added to safe. Thanks for that. Breakfast and pool were great.

Shaky check-in experience: inoperable safe, no thermostat, no luggage holder, no coffee maker, no refrigerator, not even a trashcan apart from the tiny one in bathroom. Manager Margaret was extremely unwelcoming when these basic issues were brought to her attention. If booking.com says, "only one room left", by all means, go somewhere else. I wish I did. When I think of this place I will think of her temper tantrum. It ruined my stay.

Really great location! It’s easy to do day trips. Hotel had a really nice rooftop terrace and lovely indoor pool! Room had a nice big balcony! Beds were comfortable! Shops and restaurants only few minutes walk away. We loved everything!

- No sound-proofing in the rooms. We were woken up by people talking in the corridor. - We couldn't use the pool as it was full of kids all the time - No mountain view despite booking a room with a mountain view - Minimal bathroom - It's not a bad place to stay, but the hotel is not the same quality represented by the photos.
