The hotel is located close to the train and bus stations. The rooms have all the necessary amenities, the internet was working well, the selection for breakfast was impressive. The staff were accommodating and helpful.

The rooms were not as clean as hotel rooms should be. There were bits of dirt on the floors, the bathroom was not cleaned properly, the bedding was not done properly. I did not like that.

Location

For the first time in my life I saw a waiter working in tracksuits. The staff are very young and not very experienced. For many things you have to look for it yourself or go to the bar and get it.

Free WiFi, staff were friendly, clean, quiet.

No USB plug sockets in room. Tea and coffee supplies were awful haha. But for the price the place was great.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, hotel is located closed to the one of the shopping centres.

The room was not clear properly, marks on mirror in the bathroom, lack of shower gel and shampoo.

It was quite clean, but not exceptional.

Clean and modern room

For two adults and one eight years child was one narrow double bed. Room was without any chair. We only had one card to open the door to the room

Good use of space in the room, very modern looking and with nice facilities. Bright colors, nice door locking systems and generally a very tidy hotel. Excellent for remote work.

The only trouble is that the hotel is south of the train station and that makes getting to the city center that little bit longer. The neighbourhood around is a bit too spread around.

The facilities of the hotel had been good. The room was clean and spacious. The beds had been comfortable and overall the noise level was great. It is in an ideal location to the city and a big shopping mall next door.

Despite the excellent facilities I had to wait one hour for my room to be ready to only to find out it was not the one that I had booked. Then another two hours for my room to be ready! I was travelling for work which was marked on the booking and had online meetings which I had to do in the floor of the hallway. Then when the room was ready the lady at reception who had initially provided me a voucher for the wait og an hour had taken it back.

It was very cold in our room at the night, because the heating system does not work. In the morning we changed our room.

Good hotel location. 3 minutes and you in Wroclav aquapark, from the other side also 3 minutes and you in the big Wroclavia Shopping Mall.
