This property is perfect in every way. The staff are warm and welcoming and so kind. They are helpful and made our stay perfect. The bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever experienced in Asia. The room is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The air con is excellent and also very quiet. The breakfast was absolutely delicious too and again, the staff are so helpful and made it all even more enjoyable. Excellent coffee and delicious omelettes. They even had fresh bacon! Lots of choice. The room service was also excellent. The food was delicious. The grounds are immaculate and the swimming pool was refreshing and not too cold. It was lovely to sit outside in the evenings and listen to the water and take in the beautiful surroundings. They cleaned our room daily to a very high standard. We had water in our room and also a water machine a few steps away. It was incredibly peaceful. We loved our stay here, so reasonable priced too. We enjoyed the spa and had a massage, body scrub and flower bath which was wonderful. We arrived very late after a stressful flight and they made sure check in was easy, quick and we were tucked up in our fresh and cosy bed very quickly. I would say this hotel has been one of the highlights of our trip and i 100% recommend. Thank you all for such a wonderful restful stay.

Good breakfast, nice apartment, quick response to our needs, very cooperative staff. Nice private pool at the villa.

There was no exhaust fans in the toilet, was a bit difficult to manage. Some windows could not be locked, but the team came in quickly and helped.

The communication with the property before we even began our travel was incredible. Booking tours and a driver was very simple and made the trip coming in much less stressful. When we landed the driver was waiting for us with a clear easy to read sign. Upon arrival everyone in reception was very welcoming and helpful. They explained everything very easily including using Whatsapp for communication. We went over the tour, restaurant and spa information then they brought us to our villa. When it came time for our tour we were assigned with Restu Kusuma for a day your around Ubud. He was very informative, friendly and patient with my children when being in the car for long was getting to them. He suggested additional stops for us that we all really enjoyed. He's also an awesome photographer. He got a lot of excellent photos for us. He was not pushing anything extra but being a guide which is exactly what we wanted. For that alone he is the best driver and I would recommend him to everyone. We were driven to the Safari Park by the property and had a driver pick us up. Being able to enjoy the park without the worry of figuring out transport as well. The restaurant is very delicious! It was a short walk from our villa but again the property has a buggy cart they use to bring you to and from. The restaurant is right on the beach and the view is breathtaking. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of items and the coffee is perfect. We even ordered room service one night and they were super fast. The value and convenience can not be beat. I wish I could say more about the spa but it was unfortunately not on our timeline this trip but I will absolutely be coming back and staying with Desa Swan Villas again!

Cold water dispenser. Full kitchen. Beautiful clean large pool. Very private. Older style. Close to beach, amazing breakfast with huge selection, stunning large garden area, spacious, extra personal touches in room, fresh fruit in room, highly recommend, will stay again
