Nice Hotel in a very beautiful part of the world. We were able to park our motorbikes right in front of the hotel and were warmly greeted by Sophie, who provided us with coffee. The restaurant experience was nice and very convenient, meaning we didn't have to go anywhere else to eat.

Restaurant was a bit cold, and it was a set menu, although the food was very nice and reasonably priced.

We had a really pleasent time. Confy and super clean room, really nice and wellcoming hosts. Super chef, worth to eat in the restaurant. Great loction in the area (really close to: Freeride La Grave, Snowkite in Lautaret Pass, Ski at Serre Chavalier,... what else... ;) )

The owners were magnificent - gracious and helpful to all. In the dining room they created a very special spirit of conviviality amongst all the guests every evening. The location is spectacular for hiking - at the base of a trail to a working alp and from the alp trails branching in several directions to high lakes and great views of Ecrins National Park. The Torrent du Rif from high on L’Aiguillette du Lauzet flows through the Auberge property so you can sleep to the sound of a mountain stream. All rooms have Mountain Views - it is a spectacular location.

Small place with a lot of heart and soul. Very caring hosts. Great 3-course dinner, possibly not suited for vegetarians... but may be negotiable. Peaceful atmosphere with a creek next door running down from the mountains, loud but soothing. Bikers welcome! Would always come back!!

With the difficulties of Covid safety meals were served in the room by Sophie and Guillaume (who were extremely friendly) were very good , at a reasonable price. The bed was very comfortable and the room was always warm (outside minus 12degrees overnight!). A good hot shower always available. Superb views all round . Would not hesitate to return.

Nothing within their power. It would have been great to eat in their restaurant or have a drink in their bar but it was not allowed in the circumstances.

This is the ideal location to discover the region. Quiet room, exceptional views of the mountains, superb breakfast and a very good restaurant too. The owners are the most friendly people we met, they did everything to make your stay a perfect one!
