No breakfast included maybe 12 minutes walk to the beach

Elevator out of service stayed on 3rd floor no one offer to help with luggage at check in. The pool needs to stay open to later time like most hotels they close at 8pm and most hotels stay open late at the pool

Construction next to the hotel, sometimes noisy to sleep because of the music played upstairs.

1. Bed was awful. Hard as a rock. Only had one sheet. No light blanket. Nothing. I did ask for a second sheet and got one. 2. Maids turned on the ceiling fan. I could find no switch to turn it off. 3. I saw one live roach on the second day. Bummer. 4. No closet. No hooks to hang clothes. No hangers. Nothing. I laid my clothes out across the backs of chairs. 5. No darkening curtain for room. When the sun came up, the room was bright.

Staff is very friendly. The balcony or porch is quite nice.

The hotel is quite old. Internet is quite slow.

Professional staff, great location, super clean, tasting restaurants! Had a complicated arrival but staff did everything to make our stay super pleasant and comfortable! 10 for the professional staff! also in central location very close to the beach and malecon.

There was no shampoo conditioner or drinking water, the towels had seen better days too

poor plumbing. I CHECK into my room and there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drain also there was a kitchen sink,, when you open up the door under the kitchen sink the smell was nasty there was a p-trap under the kitchen sink .UNder the bathroom sink for the drain there was no p -trap to stop sewer gases from coming into the living space.There was a large moth ball covering the shower stall drain to mask the sewer smell of the shower drain. I MUST ASSUME there was no p-trap for the shower stall drain.They upgraded me , my next room if i kept my bathroom door closed and kept the bathroom window open i was able to deal with the sewer gases. I am to assume when they built this hotel they did not install p-traps and they never fully corrected the problem.

Breakfast was good in general. Restaurants were both excellent.

No tv in room, locked everything up in kitchenette, had to ask for coffemaker and burners were off. Basicly advertised kitchen was obsolete. on check out they had told me there was some stains on a towel which could have easily washed out without bleach in a regular wash and demanded 200 pesos. Towels were low quality to start with. Asked for help with my luggage and sat outside the room waiting till finally I had to lug them all down because I was going to be late for an appointment, Poor desk service and the towel ordeal was a money grab. No bediside lamp or electrical sockets even close to the bed. Shower was luke warm at best, Pool not heated and needing upgrade.

No TV and WiFi never worked at all! Shower was very weak so didn’t use it.

We had a delightful stay with great food and wine in restaurant.

The location is great to walk to everything downtown Puerto Vallarta. The staff is helpfull and the cleaning personell is great and left the room flawless every day. The room was quiet big and had a great kitchenette with gas stove and a fridge. The AC works well and the balcony had a nice view.

The worst was the WIFI. There are about eight different WIFI's in the hotel, all of which switch in and out of connection. It was difficult to browse the internet, let alone watch videos or work. The walls are very thin, so if you have problems sleeping this hotel is not for you. For exampel, the restaurant in the 4th floor has live music every weekend, which will go until after midnight. The pool is mostly occupied by kids and weekend partiers and as a result is a little turbid, I didn't use it. The staff is friendly and helpful, but not all of them speak English. The kitchenette is more than I expected, but because it offers so many possibility to cook, I was sad there is no basic cooking equipment.

There’s really nothing I liked about this hotel

Front desk personnel had an attitude and were rude. Beds and pillows in our rooms were hard, uncomfortable, people in our group experienced bed bugs, roaches in our shower drain. 3 persons in our group end up leaving to a different place. I wish I could said something about this place, but there’s not! 👎

I was not happy with any of it.

Staff was rude, bathrooms old and out dates. Beds are super hard my back was hurting so bad. Elevator was broken for a whole day.

Beautiful location and view, clean and good room with small kitchen, private area with balcony, friendly stuff. Everything was great! I like it and recommend that hotel.
