loved the location and the ocean views from the balcony. The room was spacious and very clean

The bed was uncomfortable and rock hard. We slept on top of the blankets to try and make it a bit better. But still woke up a few times a night because of the hard bed. Heavy sewage smells from the shower luckily stayed in the shower if you kept the showerdoor closed all day.

Hotel on beachfront , with lake a short walk behind hotel too. We stopped overnight on our cycle tour - helpful with bike storage. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Beachfront lovely, and walk along lake behind hotel even nicer.

Arrived on a Sunday of a long weekend in Portugal and beachfront very busy and crowded. However, by Monday morning crowds had gone, and peace returned!

we had a wonderful sea view bedroom but the noise of traffic an d people between our bedroom and the sea was apparent!

perfect oceanfront view! I spent many summers there as a child and it was great to return and relive those memories and make some new ones.

Fantastic hotel with sumptuous rooms and surroundings. Really friendly staff and one of the best breakfasts I’ve had. Bicycle safely stored in the underground garage.

Everything was perfect, staff, location, cleaness, comfortable bed, nice room, delicious breakfast

There is nothing that I could fault, we had a perfect stay. Special thanks to Pedro who went the extra mile and arranged some breakfast before the restaurant was open, as we had to leave just after 7 in the morning to catch a flight.

Breakfast but still it was not as I was expecting. Lack of variety, and is always dull not to be able for us to pick the things we want by ourselves. It had very little of what they had before. They didn’t have Nutella nor yogurts nor hot chocolate.

Most of their facilities were close (gym, spa, jacuzzi), the breakfast was poor, they didn’t change the bathroom towels even if they were dirty. We add to constantly ask for more soap as they wouldn’t replace or fill what was over.

The hosts were amazing, the hotel is a real diamond !
