The location
The apartment was very outdated, the bathroom was stinking of urine, it was a disabled toilet, not enough towels for eight days and I reported the air conditioning machine as the floor was soaking wet but no one came to fix it, this is a very serious fire/electrical hazard.

24 hour reception, excellent location, close to beach and marina, air conditioning ( if you upgrade to a superior room) and side sea view

The first room wasn't up to superior standards as advertised.The wind howled through the patio doors and the outside doors to had heaters but still very cold the first 2 weeks.2nd 2 weeks we moved to a smaller apartment which was a bit warmer but we had not been given clean sheets the whole time we were there.We asked Jose the television wasn't on British channels 4 times still wasn't done when we left.

Dirty buckets of water from the apartment above 710. Twice we did not recieve clean towels and bedding both times we took them to reception and each time received wrong sheets. It took 3 days to replace the kettle

Spacious apartment, great value for money and equipped with everything you could need. Stunning views from the balcony which was enjoyed each morning with our coffees. Fab kitchen facilities for making your own food and the location was ideal and central.
Would have been that bit better if there was a pool however we were a stones throw away from the beach so it didn't bother us that much.

We were given the VIP suite, it was fantastic! very clean and the location was a short walk away from the amenities of Benalmádena

Easy acces to the beach 3 minutes walk to benalmaladena beach and 5 minutes walk to get to the marina .

The location was perfect.
The property is in need of modernisation. The washing machine is something out of the ark and wasn’t used. There was no kettle available and limited cooking and eating equipment. The plates were clean but had a very strong smell of disinfectant on them. There was only one toilet roll provided for a week

The location was perfect, view from balcony wonderful.
I had to change my return flight and extend my stay for four days, I had been staying in the same building. I requested an early check in and this was granted.
The building itself is ok, the interior is kept clean and tidy and it is nice to have 24hour reception.
The studio was not clean, it could do with a complete refurb. The bed linen was clean but the mattress uncomfortable and made worse by the plastic mattress protector which crackled and slipped with every movement. I did not want to use the kitchen! There are dirty extension leads dangling, only half the lights worked, the bathroom door needs replacing as does the bath. I have other photos to back up this review.
