This house is under NOVASOL rental conditions. After our arrival on Friday evening the house has got 10 degrees inside travelling with children and baby. The house would not able to be heated from 10 degrees to 20 - 22 degrees during the upcoming night so we have decided book another safety place and protect our children's health within one hour after our arrival. We tried to contact NOVASOL via phone line when we arrived to this house but it was out of business office hours so no response. Next day the same issue - we tried complaint to our stay, phone call again on Saturday, no response so we left the message via booking.com. Claim Dpt of NOVASOL responded that we do not have contacted the within 72 hours (which we did actually and tried to speak with someone), we didn't stay in booked place to remedy issue (I do not know how it would be possible when nobody responded), so they reject this claim. So we lost few hundreds of EURs just because we have tried to protect our children. NOVASOL never again. PS: this house doesn't provide linens and towels (this information wasn't obvious and visible on the booking pages, so be careful and if you will try to book this house, do not forget rent it or bring your own - we didn't).
