As long as you don't eat at their Dine inn, you'll be fine. Otherwise you will regret it. Staff is clueless about most things on their menu. Drinks are mixed by receptionist who looks up videos online for recipes and still gets it wrong. Food is terrible. Either undercooked, too salty or tasteless.

It was great and met my expectations. Area had a lovely view.

The bed in room 11 was not comfortable enough, but the staff was able to change me into another room with a very comfortable one.

Great sea view, helpful staff, good location, lovely room

We elected to have breakfast on the balcony outside our room. Unfortunately, the hot breakfast was cold before the toast, and the cutlery arrived fortunately there was a microwave in the room. Water pressure in the shower ment you had to stand too close to the wall. The kettle was on the bin? None of this spoilt the break.

The evening meal was very good (we had three types of curry between us). The cooked breakfast was also good - the best poached eggs we had on our South African holiday! The view and location of the Relax Inn are excellent.

The swimming pool was cloudy and we were not encouraged to use it. This had been a great attraction in our previous visits to this hotel, so we were disappointed. The noise of passing traffic was much worse than on previous visits and would put me off staying again. I found the absence of coffee to drink at breakfast quite astonishing. We were eventually offered some sachets of instant decaffeinated coffee. The dinner menu is now quite limited.

Firstly i was given the wrong room.. Booked for a sea facing room got a corner room where the only view was of walls... Secondly the bed that was in the room one side was broken.. So it was an uncomfortable sleeping situation... And thirdly i had to wait for +-and 2 hours outside the gate when i came back from somewhere for it to be opened 😒... Tried calling the office number many times.. Even tried the after hour whatsapp number but nothing no ine answered eventually had to call the ipss in charge or guarding the premises in ordee to get in.. And lastly the secretary couldnt speak english properly when i informed her that i got the wrongroom she disappeared and left us waiting in the room for about half an hour.. Having us to go and look for her when we eventually found her she said that she could do nothing becoz they were fully booked and that the only room available ... Would not recommend this place axe to anyone...

Only the view and the bed

The curtains in our room where falling off , the water in shower was a nightmare mostly cold and you had to stand against the wall to even get some water , for a deluxe room the room was so cramped. The kettle had to be put on the floor as the cable was too short and had no space to be accommodated on . Staff there never bothered to check if we where OK or needed anything Wifi password we never got normally it is sent in confirmation or so . This place was anything but RELAXING noise from other guests banging the doors was awful not somewhere we will return. The aircon was also above our bed and halfway thru the night the aircon was leaking on us. The staff need to be a little more attentive to guests Once you check in your basically on your own This place is OK for an overnight quick stay We where also informed 3 days before arrival there will be a wedding on the property.

There were no cell phone access, even with wifi we could not work effectively. We had to ask for cups, and cutlery although organized when we made the booking. View from room real backyard dirty. Water took very long to heat.

it’s was very peaceful and the staff was very friendly. I had an awesome time there and sure will be coming back again 🥰🙂

cupboard doors need a little working as well as the air conditioner it took it time to turn on.

Because it hosts events, it can be a bit noisy at times. But for the most part even the noise was under control. Enjoyed our stay.
