Unfortunately, not much except the proximity of the beach ... Here are some pictures of the reality versus what we paid for ...

We booked a 6 persons apartment based on the photos posted on Booking. We were ok to pay for a expensive place in order to spend great vacation but the apartment we got was so far from the one that was advertised and was absolutely not worth the price we paid ... The kitchen that was supposed to be on the level of the huge terrasse with a spectacular seaview was instead on the basement of the duplex (with poor light and with view of the walls of the other apartments). To access the terrasse with a view (which was WAY MUCH SMALLER than the one on the website), people had to go through the master bedroom ... So much for privacy ! The second bedroom which was supposed to have 2 single beds and a big closet ended up having a small double bed with a tiny closet. The reception offered us a foldable bed to install in that bedroom but it was impossible to bring it up to the bedroom through the tiny spiral staircase (even bringing the luggages up/down was tricky ...). The toilet downstairs was leaking and the water heater upstairs was leaking as well. Despite our efforts to resolve the situation calmly with the reception so we could try to find an arrangement, they told us that without the owner, they could not do anything. They had 3 apartements for 6 and posted photos of one of them (obviously they chose pictures of the best apartment...) They recommended that we wrote to Booking which we did. Here is the respond we received that closed the claim : "Update: Booking X at Residence Marina Salivoli We've followed up with Residence Marina Salivoli, however, we regret to inform you that no compensation could be provided in this case..." When no one would take their part of responsibility ... We will definitely not rent there again and we definitely will not recommend that place to anyone. On top of it, we had to pay before we visited the apartment so there was nothing we could do ! That's a subtle way to screw up people !

The apartment overlooks the yacht harbor. The staff is friendly and helpful. The apartment has everything for a family vacation. Indoor garage for cars under the apartments.

Location was excellent, very close to a little beach just after the marina which was excellent for swimming, close to the Coop, Calamaresca beach and within walking distance of the town. We particularly liked the well equipped air conditioned apartment with balcony and the tranquility of the surroundings. Also the nature walks on the promentory by the sea and in the woods were very enjoyable. The staff on reception were extremely attentive and helpful. All of the local restaurants are very reasonably priced. Finally the underground car park was welcome in hot temperatures.
