Nice property, newly decorated apartments. very close to the sea and beach. Nice pool area.

Pool area did not have much activity/ options for smaller kids. Apartments‘s bedroom only separated by a milky glass wall. Not ideal if one travels with smaller kids that sleep in the same apartment. after bedtime, we could not keep the light on and read a book or watch television as this would have woken up the child.

Before check-in, after check-out, luggage storage and swimming pool were available. The indoor swimming pool is well maintained, so I can spend it regardless of the weather. The staff are very friendly and the accommodation is good.

The apartment only has 2 elevators so I have to wait often.

This is really the best 4-star hotel I ever stayed! (taking into account that I do not like 4 star hotels at all:) The apartment is very large, has a separate room for luggage / stuff and the balcony. Kitchen / bath are new and everything is functioning. The staff was quite friendly and helped me to print some important documents. The reception is open 24/7. The location of the hotel is very good, 1 minute walk from the beach. Another big advantage is the hotel pool. It is quite large and has a separate pool for smallest kids, as well as relaxing pool with some whirlpool elements (however, you are only allowed to relax in that one, not even put your head under water). The pool makes the hotel perfect choice for the unstable weather.

For the long-term stay in the apartment, nothing is provided for free from the hotel. You need to pay for every small thing you need. I.e., I paid for 15 nights and it does not even include a single bed stuff change. Only the final cleaning was included into the price. I wondered, how I supposed to stay 15 nights without towel changes and asked for a second set of towels (got charged 5 Euro for that). There are 2 washing machines for the hotel, 1 wash costs 1 Euro. However, to be honest, the dryer machines are also there, so theoretically it is possible to wash and dry your blankets and towels during the day. The hand soap dispenser was almost empty and was only enough for first two days or so. Another ridiculous thing was that the hotel charged me 3 Euro for breaking 2 cheap water glasses, so you literally pay for everything there. The big disadvantage is missing free parking. The underground parking costs 19 Euro per night, and as far as I understood, it is not possible to use it for unloading upon arrival, if you haven't ordered it in advance. For this purpose, there are several parking slots in front of the hotel, where you can only stay for 1 hour. These slots are very often fully occupied, so arrival/departure becomes a problem. Next to the hotel there is a large public parking which costs 9 Euro per night, but it is necessary to pay for it every day (for multiple days it is however possible to get a special ticket if you visit Ordnungsamt, in case if you miss them during your vacation:). The hygiene in the restaurant is questionable. The cook gets raw eggs with her hands, and then touches your plate/food without washing the hands. If they do not wash the eggs before (which I doubt), then it is only EU-wide vaccination of chickens that saves all hotel guests from heavy diarrhea:)
