the staff,wasn’t helpful they only provided 1 towel

The room I stayed in was very comfortable. It was in a great spot and no noise.

The place was clean.

The room was by the street and when asked by the recepcionist said she wouldn't even take the time to check for one away from the street, so I couldn't sleepy.

the maid’s noise a lot in the morning some times 4.00 talk each other in the hallway high conversation not respet to people sleeping!!!!!

The room smelled like smoke, the ceiling fan didn't work and the light either.

Ad says room with ceiling fan. But fan didn't work. I called front desk. Nothing done. The no prostitution in room sign reflected her repeatedly questioning me about my solo status. One window pane missing made busy street very noisy.

The reception lady was always nice!

Near the hotel doesn’t have much opinions
