Hotel wise it was good. If you want to stay away from the crowd then you can select this property.
1. The first day they provided a complimentary 1L water bottle but the next day they were not provided. As per hotel policy they are supposed to provide 1L water bottle per day.
2. Ventilation missing in the room.

Excellent behaviour from the receptionist nd from Mr Douglas.. staffs were efficient and cooperative.. Good area to park your car, hardly 500m from centre of town and value for money stay

The bed was comfortable. The staff brought hot water to my room when i was vomiting violently.
- health faucet had a laughably lower pressure and toilet paper wasn't provided knowing it was low pressure
- each night, we were “entertained” with louder than life music from the larger then life speakers nextdoor.
-the manager pestered us both the day before and day of our checkout to write a review. He even chased us to the street to mention that he couldnt find our review online.

Location is very good,very near to centre,staff is excellent, quality of food is excellent...
Building is very old ,it is not like the one shown on booking sites,it is not well maintained..the most disadvantage was hot water supply limited..as it is a hill station,hot water supply must be 24/7

The hotel staff called for confirmation and Check In was smooth.
The staff were polite and Helpful.
Rooms should have been cleaned thoroughly. Residual dust was still there on the furniture
Room cleaning should have been proper. Bathroom ceiling were damaged and was having holes in it which made the ladies uncomfortable to bathe.

Small no frills property located close to the Center of the town with plenty of options for food
Extremely limited menu option for breakfast, extra bed provided was not comfortable so make sure you don’t share rooms with more than 2. Parking even though available is a bit tight during peak season.

Good experience for the visit and stay the Le Celestium good coustomer service and friendly staff behaviour most i recommend this space value for money good quality and Tasty foods and beverages

The double bed room size was too small and not worthy of the rate charged

Food wasn't very great. But that may be due to taste difference as I am from central India.

The rooms where very nice, there was a problem with the booking but an alternative was given. Douglas was our host, he was verry nice and thoughtfull troughout our stay.

Nice place to stay in the middle of the town . Close to nearby attractions. Staff was courteous.

Exceptional courteous well mannered helpful staff.
Food was good though limited in spread.
No doormat near the door, no kettle/coffe sachets (in a cold place)
