La Ubicación, estaba muy bien situada y la casa es muy grande perfecta para grupos

La poco flexibilidad Horaria y la cantidad de norma que había que seguir. La dueña me dijo que podíamos hacer late check out hasta las 19:00 por 200 euros más (un robo. Cuando le dije que solo nos hacía falta salir una hora más tarde (a las 14:00) para que los que corrieron la media Maratón se pudieran duchar, me dijo que eso no era posible. Pero pagando si nos dejaba hasta las 19:00, muy poca compresión y empatía. Ya que, si nos dejaba hasta las 19:00 pagando es xq no entraba nadie al día siguiente.

Kussens van terrasmeubilair zijn echt aan vervanging toe. Eettafel kraakt en wiebelt nogal.

L'APPARTAMENTO E' MOLTO AMPIO, SI TROVA IN UN PALAZZO STORICO VICINO AL CENTRO. E' STATO PARZIALMENTE RISTRUTTURATO, PER CUI PRESENTA ELEMENTI NUOVI (2 BAGNI, LA CUCINA) E ELEMENTI STORICI, COME I PAVIMENTI, PORTE E FINESTRE, DIPINTO SUL SOFFITTO DELLA SALA, ECC. PARTICOLARI CHE A NOI SONO PIACIUTI. DOTATO DI DUE CONDIZIONATORI CHE RINFRESCANO BENE TUTTO LO SPAZIO. LO ABBIAMO TROVATO PULITO, E DOPO 2 GIORNI SONO PASSATI A CAMBIARE GLI ASCIUGAMANI. E' PRESENTE UN AMPIO TERRAZZO ARREDATO, DURANTE IL GIORNO NON LO ABBIAMO MAI UTILIZZATO PERCHE' C'ERA CALDO, PERO' AL MATTINO ERA PIACEVOLE FARE COLAZIONE ALL'ESTERNO. PER LA SUA COLLOCAZIONE NOI SIAMO SEMPRE ANDATI IN CENTRO A PIEDI, NELLA VIA E' COMUNQUE PRESENTE UNA STAZIONE DELLA METRO E UNA FERMATA DEGLI AUTOBUS. E' VICINO AD UN PICCOLO SUPERMERCATO, AD UNA FARMACIA, AD UNA GELATERIA, AD UN BAR E AD ALTRI NEGOZI DI VARI TIPI. IL PERSONALE E' MOLTO GENTILE E DISPONIBILE

L'APPAARTAMENTO POTREBBE ESSERE DOTATO DI PIU' TEGAMI, CI SAREBBE DA FARE QUALCHE MANUTENZIONE

This is a beautiful old town house with high ceilings in a very central spot. The rooms were lovely and lots of communal space for a large group, including a sunny terrace. We really enjoyed our stay there!

Very interesting appartment with original historical features in a large residential building, offering comfort and a good overall size to provide an enjoyable busy city get away. There was enough space and beds for our party, offering a range of room styles. The terrace was a boon for an early evening chill out or an el fresco breakfast in the morning sunshine.

Information about local facilities, such as supermarket location and a small welcome pack with one or two varying provisions, including chilled water and dishwasher tablets.

Very spacious, great sleeping arrangements and location.

It’s an old, so it’s a bit worn out, but the furniture was in great condition and beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with all the necessary.

The location

First of all there was not enough tableware for 10 people, the dishwasher was clogged before we arrived, couldn't use it and nobody came to repair it while the kitchen tap was clogged too after one day and it didn't have enough pressure to use it properly anyway so we had to clean all the dishes in the bath. Moreover there was no equipement to use the oven properly and there was no big pan either, it was just an ordeal to cook properly for 10 people. To continue the list, the air conditioner was leaking all over the terrace, half of the wall plugs and the lights were broken or not working well, the circuit breaker was often blown, at least once a day, the wifi was useless, didn't work well at all and one of the toilet seat was completely blown off. To top it all off we could see some cockroaches running around at night. One last advice, don't book this flat please.

The process was simple and fast. The agent came to the apartment and we exchanged details and keys etc. The location is great.

The apartment is a bit tired.the photos on the site must have been taken many years ago, as the place was not well kept.The paint in the bathroom was falling off and rust on the pipeworts. The shower head was only just held up with one screw partially attached to the wall.
