Spacious room. Good location in residential area with convenient tram stop and a few shops.

Payment by cash on arrival. 60 stairs to bedroom. No air conditioning, although room did not get too hot. Noisy plumbing. Owner gave the impression that she was watching you more than you might like.

Really well maintained property. Clean. The bedding was appropriate for softness and support. Clean toilet and shower. Enough ventilation not needing air-conditioning even on a summer day. The manager was very kind and polite! Property located two minutes away from tram station with very easy approach to other parts of the city. WiFi worked well

For car users, finding a parking spot can be tricky. The owners were extremely helpful in this regard.

We were very excited to find that this place is clean as can be. The “old” house is beautifully renovated and furnished in a modern style, nicely matching. It was super easy to feel comfortable in the room. I also wanted to mention the beds. To feel at home I need a clean and comfortable bed, not just the looks, but the feeling that the people before me did not mess up comforter and mattress. I went to bed with the feeling, this is a cozy and warm bed and was able to relax and cuddle in after 30.000 steps of walking Würzburg. Loved it. I will definitely book here, when returning. Also to mention that the place is in the middle of the city, with public transportation right around the corner (Tram). Owner supports guest with helpful information and a smile no matter what. We felt more like family than a traveling guest. Thank you!

Great place to relax. The host was extremely nice and helpful. Easy to get to the “old town” via the tran system. Very good local restaurants near by. we really can not say enough positive things about the host.

The internet was slow.

Excellent transport options both trams and buses. There were a couple of great restaurants and a lovely coffee shop on the corner with good coffee and yummy pastries.

The lady made me feel very welcome. This property is kept to a high level of cleanliness. Transport by bus and tram is not far away.
