The pool facilities and the views were very nice. Unfortunately there was no snow, so we couldn’t ski. Than contributed of course to our disappointing experience.

The hotel is very isolated and you can’t come there with your own car in the winter. You have to leave your car down the hill at car part with no surveillance. Drive from parking to the hotel takes 20 min. by the hotel snow mobiles and you have only one return ride for free. Any additional ones you have to pay for. And there is only couple of slots a day you have to book in advance. The staff was very inflexible and not very friendly, with exception of one snow mobile driver. I found them behaving very casual and unprofessional. We had half board and the food was dreadful - stuff cooked from frozen food mostly. Going to the pool had to be booked in advance as well and you pay extra. The establishment is old communistic style renovated nevertheless the rooms for family of four with small kids felt small and beds were not very comfortable. We felt quite claustrophobic and trapped due to limitations with travelling by our own means and so we have left one day earlier than planned. Even if it would be possible to ski transport is arrange by the hotel only to ski resort Zahradky and there were only two red slopes running, not suitable for two small kids. Going elsewhere blue slope in Dolni Dvory, we would have to pay snow mobile and go twice uncomfortable ride and lose close to 45min. just to shuttle to our own car to be able to get to the blue slope. While ski lifts runs only till 16:00, the lift back to the hotel slot is at 17:00, so you have to hang around an hour idle in the dark.

Beautiful place in the mountains (what a view from the pool). Very usefull personal. The restorant was great - the dinner and breakfest menu is tasty and various. The hotels entertainment room was great for our group. The room was big and comfortable.

The only thing that we missed was not working Jacuzzi.

The view from the restaurant deck was great. The restaurant with the morning buffet and dinner buffet was nice. Our dinner buffet was not included in the room rate and costs 15 Euro extra per person, per day. Wifi worked ok.

The pool and jacuzzi was lovely, but should not have cost extra. Our room did not have any views, except the parking lot and did not really look like on the pictures. The room furniture could use a remodel.

Very nice property, well maintained, nice rooms and amenities, great terrace, friendly staff.

We liked the location, view, and pool. We also liked that extra rooms like playground, fitness, pool tables...

The road to the Hotel was wild and steap. We also would prefer bigger rooms, but there were two so, me and my wife had some privacy.

Very comfortable hotel for good price. Perfect for kids.

A place I only could have dreamt it existed. Magnificent location, a chill atmosphere, good food and a truly friendly staff! Highly recommended, but don´t tell everyone ;-)

Nothing. Don´t change a thing.

For 3* hotel wonderful breakfasts (kids were excited for the semolina porridge every day), background of hotel: playrooms, cinema hall, resting rooms, gym, beautifully designed restaurant and wellness, nice staff, hotel ski slope perfect for children, great choice of music during meals :) We had an apartment with a small kitchen corner which was fully equipted with everything what you can need for cooking.

We had really bad experience with the transfer to the hotel (overcrowded snowmobile without silencers), but the way down with the different type od vehicle was OK. It would be great to have available some TV program for kids (for example Déčko). If you don´t have HB, you can order your dinner in the restaurant only after 8 PM.

Good breakfast, beautiful SPA with a super view over the valley. Only it is additionally charged... Nice area to spend time by the fireplace, additional sledge for kids. All in all great place in a super location, rooms are a bit too small and simple, but rest makes it up.

It was not possible to open the window in my room, it was locked becouse of a damage. So very uncomfortable with changing the air in not airconditioned room through next bedroom in our apartment with a window with small opening.
