The property is nothing but a joke.
I have made a written complaint to the booking customer service with a demand of full refund for not being entered the room which was fully paid. The property breached the contract of our stay by denying the stay. They also have made changes on their website concerning children policy after we were not allowed into the apartment. I am enclosing the screenshots so the future guests may study them and think twice before making a reservation in this place.
Our reservation included 2 adults (fully paid) and two kids under 16 yo which according to the apartment policy were free of charge unless they sleep in parents' bed (we accepted this). Also, the policy of the room allows the stay of 4 people as given in the screenshots. Moreover, the general information of this particular apartment "welcome kids of all ages" and when you click the children policy (the screenshot of May 31st) it says kids up to 3 yo are allowed in it, on May 30th it said two kids under 16 are allowed. This was the property fault and instead of following the conditions under which I made a reservation they decided to breach the contract, then change the policy on their website and finally cancel the reservation. The lady who personated a manager is a disaster: rude, arogant and I personally feel sorry for her as her behavior was highly unprofessional and the changes she has made after not letting us check in means she admitted the fault was on the property side. I believe booking will look into this property scrupulously, I do not think booking will remove it from its offer (sadly) but I believe future guests will also read their Google reviews and reconsider the decision to book this place. BOOKING DOESN'T REPLY EMAILS TO RETURN THE MONEY. No customer service line works.

Dobra lokalizacja. Ładny widok na miasto z wyższych pięter.
Umowa najmu z niedozwolonymi klauzulami. Konieczność dokładnego sprawdzenia apartamentu po zakwaterowaniu, pod rygorem przypisania najemcy istniejących zniszczeń i przepadku kaucji (!) Niekompetentny personel recepcji na 36 piętrze, do której po zameldowaniu ciężko się dostać.
W apartamencie liczne uszkodzenia: podłoga, stół, ściany. Skomplikowany system meldunku i wymeldowania oraz parkowania auta. Ograniczenia w poruszaniu się windami po obiekcie. Niedziałająca klimatyzacja dopełniła niekorzystnego obrazu całości.

Bei 4 Nächten hätten einmal die Handtücher getauscht werden können oder Ersatzhandtücher gebracht oder der Müll geleert.
Es fehlte leider die Beschreibung der Klimaanlage.

The room was absolutely fantastic! Clean, lots of modern facilities, little touches such as bath robes and slippers, the views were phenomenal and the hot tub made me not want to leave!
The only criticism I have is the lifts, the door on one kept jamming and another still looked like it was being built but certainly didn’t ruin anything.

Windy jak za komuny, brudne i śmierdzące .
Ogromny kurz w pokoju! Prawie się udusiłem w nocy ! Dobrze że zabieram leki ze soba ale za tą cenę spodziewałem się czystego pomieszczenia, niestety kurz był taki że brak słów nigdy w życiu nigdzie takie nie spotkałem. Ogólnie przed rezerwacją czytałem wypowiedzi zapewne managera, ma podejście dość bojowe (albo jego zasady albo wypad) może by tak zająć się czystością w obiekcie ? Przykładowe zdjęcia jak czysto było zamieszczam, oczywiście mam ich wiele wiele więcej .

Piękny widok z okien, apartament jest bardzo ładnie wystrojony. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja.
Łóżko niewygodne, za miękkie. Klimatyzacja bardzo wysuszała powietrze co przełożyło się na nie przespaną noc. Wszystkie naczynia należało ponownie umyć, ponieważ śmierdziały kurzem. Przełączniki do świateł i klimatyzacji są niepotrzebnie skomplikowane. Przy zameldowaniu należało pierwsze znaleźć miejsce postojowe, później dopiero dostać się na odpowiednie piętro aby otrzymać klucz do garażu i przeparkować samochód. Miejsca w garażu są porozrzucane, nie można zaparkować na dowolnym tylko trzeba szukać odpowiednich numerów (mapę dostaje się na recepcji). Miejsca mogłyby być oznaczone czymkolwiek poza numerem, byłoby zdecydowanie łatwiej. Przy zameldowaniu należy zapłacić kaucje w wysokości 1000 zł, która zwracana jest do dwóch tygodni (osobiście otrzymałem zwrot znacznie szybciej). Słuchawka prysznicowa przy wannie przeciekała, a deska w toalecie była odrapana.

As soon as we arrived we noticed flaws, white stains on the additional black blankets and cushions on the bed. The bed sheets were ruffled and smelly(not sure they were fresh). The main issue for us was the amount of black hair all around the apartment. The hair was on the floors, in the bed on the bathtub on the sofa and in between the stones around the bathtub and on the kitchen table. The grey couch was all stains, it was actually yellow. Once we brought this to management's attention we were told that the room was checked and it had been cleaned and that we left black hair, (my family have blonde hair) and stained all the furniture. We were spoken to with absolute rudeness and door closed in our face. Our daughter was finding fistfuls of hair it was so bad we had to actually leave the apartment. This was the worst experience I have ever had. We have stayed in the skytower several times through another agency which is located on the ground floor beside the carpark entrance and I have to say it was exceptional each time. However this agency located on the 36th floor is an absolute scam. Disgusting rooms and horrible management. The room we stayed in was 39/6. Avoid at all cost !!!

Everything was exactly like described, the view, the bath tub, the room, super comfortable bed, mirrors everywhere; trust me, if you are a couple you will have amazing time here

Apartment huge , the bath next to the window very comfortable. The kitchen is really good equipped. Huge wardrobe in bedroom area. Public transport to old town easy, quick, comfortable, and ailable even during night. Highly recommend.
I didn't like the idea of charging a massive deposit on arrival. The money was released after a few days.
The price could be a bit lower.
