Excelente la estadía, la amabilidad del personal y la limpieza

Habitaciones amplias, cómodas y completas, personal muy amable, sector pileta cómodo y climatizado! Desayuno rico y abundante.

Falta de mantenimiento en algunos detalles, la publicación dice que el habitación cuenta con hidromasaje pero este no funcionaba. El gimnasio está bien pero podría ser más completo.

Me gustó el desayuno ; la cama súper cómoda. La pileta muy linda y la ubicación está muy bien.

Le falta más mantenimiento. Deberían pintar los dormitorios; el mío y el de mi mamá estaban rayadas las paredes. Hasta en un pasillo me sorprendió el empapelado desprendido. Lo arreglaron rápido . Otra cosa q me parece importante. En la habitación q contraté para mamá supongo standard no había taza ni plato. Sólo una pava eléctrica . Tampoco microondas. La pava eléctrica estaba en placard pero enchufe para la pava solo en el baño. Era tan corto q se podía enchufar en la mesa del vanitory. Detalles a tener en cuenta

There's no towels in the spa.

The room was very spacious with nice modern furniture. The staff was very nice and attentive. Breakfast had many options and all the food was fresh. The location is very convenient.

They do not have a space to leave luggage after regular check out hours, they offered me to just leave my bags in the lobby, I did not feel comfortable with that solution, but finally they offered me a late check out and I left my bags in the room until I picked them up later. Good customer service.

Breakfast was great, very complete and very kind staff

Our room was very noisy. We where next to the pool and to the machine rooms. We let staff know and they didnt have any spare room to change us. Next day they didnt reach us. Air coinditioner didn’t work for the whole stay.
