Location by the river on high walkways with incredible views. Fantastik meals. Helpful guides.
There was no safety railing just a seat to prevent a fall off our cabin deck looking over the river.

Pafuri tented camp is in a very location: every luxury tent has a river view, the restaurant has a river view.
The people who host you are very friendly and helpful.

- Beautiful location along the river, with animal on the banks
- Top notch rooms / tents with comfortable beds, outdoor shower, all in wonderful classy safari design (not over the top)
- Meals were tasty, well presented and dinner quite varied
- Guided drives were high, high quality with Cyril, our guide making every drive a special experience. High knowledge levels shared well, good driving, and added in some short walks from the vehicle to see more
- Highly personal welcome and service levels

The location of Pafuri camp is exceptional. The birdlife is incredible and the knowledge of the guides of the birds were great.
Our guide accomodated our preferences regarding birding, we had a great time.
Tents were extremely hot. Only a fan in the tents. I would suggest alternative cooling technology in the tents compatible with solar energy.

Breakfast was great. A nice variety served in a lovely area. The staff was absolutely great and were ready to do whatever they could to serve us. The property helped with requests we made. We had a wonderful long view of the river. A real treat.

Everything was great, the food, staff, accommodation. The cleanliness is commendable. The ranger was knowledgeable and kind and a superb host during the game drives.

Breakfast was superb with more than sufficient choices (eggs cooked exactly as requested).
The setting of the camp on the river is absolutely beautiful. As a keen birder, this place has no equal. Guides are very knowledgeable, yet humble and professional in everything they do.

Everything about this place. We were received by welcoming staff and a beautiful and unique place to stay! The wildlife, birdlife, scenery and views have just been breathtaking! Lanner Gorge is just breathtakingly beautiful and what a privilege to have seen it just after all of the rains with Cyclone Eloise that have passed the last couple of weeks! Well done to the Pafuri Luxury Tented camp team, will definitely visit again soon!

1)Excellent service staff - individual care for guests with special needs (due to allergy I received daily bread or cake, especially made without harming ingredients-spectacular)
2) outstanding game drives with our prudent, warm hearted and pationated guide, such a high knowledge of tracking/flora/fauna... absolutely amazing
Use of plastic bottles for game drive water supply (a reusable water bottle for each guest would be better)
