Our experience at SOWELL RESIDENCES was great. Despite booking last minute, we were able to secure two apartments at a very reasonable price for our group of 12 people. We were impressed with the spaciousness and cleanliness of the apartments, which were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was also ideal, as we could easily access the beach and other local attractions. Overall, I highly recommend SOWELL RESIDENCES.

sing was stuck; fungus in shower; we needed to make own beds; stuff gave us wrong Appartment so we came in to someone else’s Appartments that was full of their stuff

we were warmly welcomed, the apartment is large and modernly furnished, great location, I sincerely recommend it

- Great location, 10 min drive into St Tropez - the room was clean - free wifi (didn’t use so not sure of connectivity) - free parking I think it’s an ok place to stay for a weekend stay when you are only intending to sleep & shower in the accom but otherwise I would avoid

- the check in time is 5pm & the check out time is 10am so for the quality of the room it’s poor value for money for the amount of time you have the room - there was an extremely disgusting sewage smell in the room that left our clothes smelling & reception was unhelpful with resolving - poor drainage so everytime we showered the bathroom flooded & the toilet backed up when flushed - the bunk beds are for children so little point asking the make up of the parties if you are still going to place in room with beds that are specifically marked for infants

Location is amazing! everything was perfect and Nadege very kind!

Good location , near Beach . You can Walk there in 5-10 min through a nice campingstyle location, where you can also have dinner and visit a small supermarket.

Terrible bed, picking up the keys in a reception a drive away wasn't pleasant after a long drive. It looks great in the pictures but the reality is it is tired and needs a lot of work to get it up to scratch. The balcony was horrible, with old dirty sunbeds and too close to other people. It certainly does not deserve 4 stars.
