3 letto, 2 bagni a casa sul tranquillo cul-de-sac nel tranquillo quartiere Grand Junction nord-est familiare. Grandi aree pedonali / ciclabili, un parco per cani e persino un piccolo scambio di libri con biblioteche di quartiere dove i vicini donano e condividono libri.
Situato in posizione centrale, a soli 10 minuti dal centro e dalla Colorado Mesa University, a 15 minuti da Palisade e 20 minuti da Fruita con facile accesso alla I-70B e Patterson Road.
La casa è aggiornata con servizi moderni come pavimenti in laminato in tutte le principali zone giorno, suite padronale privata con letto king size e lussuoso bagno padronale con doccia piastrellata in travertino. La seconda e la terza camera da letto hanno un letto matrimoniale e due letti a castello singoli che possono essere facilmente convertiti in due gemelli se la sicurezza è un problema.
La cucina offre tutto il necessario per preparare un pasto gourmet o semplicemente uno spuntino facile con forno a convezione, forno a microonde e frigorifero, nonché macchina per il caffè e Keurig per farti andare (e continuare) tutto il giorno! C'è anche una lavanderia per gli ospiti con lavatrice e asciugatrice a vostra disposizione.
All'esterno c'è molto spazio per far giocare i bambini (e i bambini grandi) o semplicemente rilassarsi nel patio coperto con grill a gas o pergola con altalene e focolare a gas.

This property was very clean and super cute! It has a nice kitchen filled with everything you might need, clean bedrooms and bathrooms and a responsive host. We fit two vehicles in the garage, and it is in a safe neighborhood. We even got to see snails and baby owls right on the property. I would definitely stay here again.

We are super happy with this home , it was exactly what we were looking for … space, comfort , amenities, enough rooms and pet friendly. Marlene the host was amazing at responding to our messages and questions. The neighborhood was accessible to everything and very safe and best of all very close to Palisade wineries.
Will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Gran Junction

This was our second time staying at this house and it's great! It's located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and it's a pretty quick drive to anywhere you would want to go. It's proximity to CMU is what makes it so helpful for our family.

This home is lovely. It's so clean and welcoming, well equipped, along with a wonderful backyard for the pups and to just relax in general. Communications with Greg were easy and he responded quickly to any question we had. Thank you Greg.

No stay is perfect- BUT one thing that stands out is Greg & Marlene! We had a few problems/concerns. What made our stay great was how Greg listened and understood our problem. And worked quickly to resolve the concern. What did we like? The home was beautiful!! We enjoyed ALL the amenities! Great kitchen!!!! I really liked using the washing machine- I always wondered how they worked and cleaned- it was good!!!! No complaints. We liked the outdoor space. We spent time there, but did not light the fire pit- wasn’t cold enough to light it. ;) we liked the location! Quiet neighborhood. We so enjoyed Grand Junction- LOTS TO DO! The small glitches we had were handled perfectly by Greg & Marlene. They were the perfect hosts! The property was great and we enjoyed our stay. When visiting Grand Junction again we wil DEFINITELY STAY HERE!

We spent a week visiting family in Grant Junction as well as driving around to see the sights of western Colorado and some of Utah! We loved this house and will definitely stay there again! It had everything we needed for a week long stay. We loved the outdoor area and ate most of our meals outside. All of the beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows and towels for the bathrooms. The kitchen had all the items needed for cooking and eating. Every time I had a question for the host they responded within like 15 minutes.

Our family booked this VRBO for a trip for our oldest to tour CMU and Grand Junction. The house perfectly accommodated our family of four (plus our dog) and was close to both the school and local shops/restaurants/activities. The quiet neighborhood also provided a nice opportunity to rest and regroup between activities. The only surprise was that the fenced yard was not an enclosed yard. Thankfully we had brought his tether with us so that he could still be outside without worry that he might get out.

It is so nice to bring a family somewhere and not worry about anything but the business we came to do. The accommodations went far beyond the expectations and really appreciate those who care and communicate! They even helped me with something that happened to be operator (me) error! I booked this VRBO for my grandparents and uncle to stay while they visited during the holidays. It was a very nice VRBO and the location was less than 5 minutes from my personal home so easy access back and forth for get togethers. Home is conveniently located near stores and restaurants. Living space and bedrooms were roomy and more than fit our needs. We spent a lot of time in the outdoor space. Two patio tables and plenty of chairs along with the Barbecue which came in handy. We would definitely recommend this home for families!

We enjoyed quiet mornings on the patio, there was plenty of privacy, even with close proximity to other houses. We used the milkshake maker and made peach shakes with peaches from Palisade (Only a 15 minute drive from the house.) We grilled steaks and corn on the cobb one evening. There was plenty of room to spread out. It was too hot to enjoy the firepit, but it looks like a great spot to gather around and reconnect.

The home was a good size for us! Comfy beds. Great backyard. The electric bbq was great! the neighborhood was nice and quiet with friendly neighbors! The owner's were very quick to respond to us! Will rebook when we are back this way!

Perfect stay for family and pet
Really enjoyed our stay with kids, mother-in-law, and dog (around 20lbs). Rooms were perfect for adults and kids and property owner was very communicative and helpful. Very clean, spacious, and perfect back patio for socializing. Would love to stay again. Quiet neighborhood and convenient location close to I-70.
